Art and his work were excellent! He called before arriving and arrived prepared. He made sure he had the proper parts and pads for our unit. When he arrived, we was personable AND professional. He quickly discovered that our previous service had ignored or neglected that our cooler unit was not level, which explained some problems we've had for some time. He explained things fully and clearly and provided a recommendation for someone to do the work. He offered his experienced opinions but also complied with my instructions. I plan to use his service every spring and fall from now on.

They refused to deal with me becauseI I am an out of town landlord. They said would only go out if they could get paid directly by my local El Paso tenant , at the time of the maintenance call. They did not want to take a credit card over the phone or have a check mailed to them.

Execllent service and an enjoyable experience. Art has been provding service Spring and Fall for a decade. He also is an excellent plumber handling small and large jobs. If he cannot do he tells you up front and will suggest someone/some firm if you request.
