Faster and better than expected. Will hire them for exterior painting very soon as well.

Who wants to hire a contractor that blows off an appointment for an estimate! His reasoning was he forgot! Poor way to do business!

This company did such a good job with repairs for water damage to one of my rooms, I hired them again to paint the exterior of the house and also to install new windows. The men arrived every morning on time and were always polite and professional. They worked very hard and the results show that! The colors were matched and the paint very high quality. My house has bars on all the windows. They were removed and painted separately while the new custom made to measure windows were installed. The windows are energy star compliant. Vinyl double paned with Argon gas. Will really cut down on my heating and cooling costs. They also have a lifetime warranty. I really liked how the men would clean up the dust and glass from removing the old windows--both inside and out. They hung tarps or plastic to cover the windows while they painted. Not a drop on the windows! They didn't just paint over cracks in the wood like previous painters have done. They caulked the cracks and smoothed it all out. You can't even see where they did that. The men wear t-shirts/uniforms with the company's name on it so you always know who they are. I was also impressed with how they would tidy up their area before they left each day. They finished today and they cleaned up everything so well that you can't even tell they were here. Maybe the best complement of all is that 2-3 of my neighbors are hiring them to do their house!

Ruben came to give me a quote the same day I called. He was very professional and personable. He inspected the room and took measurements. We discussed what was to be done. He listened carefully and explained things thoroughly. I had the written quote via email attachment the next day. I sent it on to my insurance company who unfortunately wanted an extremely detailed list of all supplies to be used. That slowed things up for a couple days but they cut the check as soon as I sent them the detailed quote—as in they contacted me within minutes. Ruben and I agreed on when they would start and they arrived promptly. Ruben introduced me to his men before they started work. His men were also very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. Even though I live my myself, I was very comfortable with them. No small feat in today’s world. They replaced the drywall that had been removed by the water mitigation service, painted the room and re-installed a new 6 foot cabinet with a Formica top with a large stainless steel sink. The cabinet and Formica top were custom colors. Ruben was always very responsive when I had questions and would stop by to check on things. I have no complaints at all. In fact, I am now having his company do additional work on my house.

Everything went well. My wife and I are extremely pleased and satisfied with the work that Mr. Ruben Gallegos did for us. It was a pleasure dealing and interacting with all the personnel involved in this project, especially Mr. Ruben Gallegos-- a true professional. From the manner in which he responded to our initial request for an estimate, until our project was completed. We believe that we made the right decision when we hired him. Every aspect of our remodeling project was performed to our complete satisfaction. From the demolition, carpentry, tile and granite work, to the finishing touches, his workers did exceptional work. One month later and still haven't heard anything from him.

I spoke to Ruben yesterday regarding an estimate for several jobs on my house. He said he would call next day to arrange a time. Next day came and no call. I contacted him in the afternoon to see if he was still going to come. He responded "Sorry. Just realized your too far." He didn't call or anything. That has to be one of the most unprofessional responses I've heard. I'd probably still be waiting to be contacted. For the record it's not like I live in cruces or Mesquite. It was a drive from the Eastside to the Westside. Either way for the size of the job I'd imagine it would've been worth it. I have the screen shots to prove his response.

Once we discussed the initial project. It was started the following week. Ruben keeps you updated. No complains. He oversees his work and his employees are very reliable. He is open for questions or concerns. Thank you Ruben for making my home improvements much less stressful. All your help is very much appreciated.

A R Home Improvements Inc. replaced all my windows in my home and my electric bill has significantly lowered through out the year. Not to mention they made my home look beautiful inside and out!
