+ -1 moreWe called Harold on Monday. The soonest our calendars matched was Wednesday AM. He arrived on-time, quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me very solid advice for how to proceed.
Description of Work: Harold very quickly diagnosed what was the behind our clothes washer no longer working (and the dirty laundry was quickly piling up). He also estimated what it would cost to repair the unit. When I decided not to go ahead with the expensive repair, I asked him to recommend where to shop for a replacement unit and what to shop for. He gave me terrific advice. The entire experience took no more thn 10 minutes and was well worth the money.
