Description of Work: A section of the house went without power after turning on treadmill. It was a recurring issue. Mr. De Santiago arrived promptly and inspected the main electrical panel. He quickly run some tests and identified some errors in the wiring diagram. After additional tests he re-labeled the circuit protection devices. He made recommendations to keep the electrical load in balance. He even went ahead and called me later to give additional valuable suggestions to prevent electrical problems in the future, and to make sure I understood what caused the issue. Mr. de Santiago is honest, reliable and a true professional. I will not hesitate to contact him again for any electrical issues.
