Description of Work: Rogelio and his helper did a excellent job painting our 100 year old home. They washed, sanded, caulked, primed and painted very weathered walls.

+ -1 moreWe got a bid on Jun. 16, 2009 to have the interior and exterior of our house painted. We advised Rogelio that it would probably be August before we were ready. We called him August 6, 2009 and he scheduled the job for just the exterior on Monday, Aug. 10. He later called back and advised he couldn't come until Aug. 11 due to needing one more day to complete his ongoing job. We readily agreed and he showed up approximately on time on Tuesday. They completed the job in two days and did excellent work. Rogelio and his two employees were very polite, thorough and professional. We will definitely use this service again when we are ready to have the interior of our house painted.
Description of Work: We supplied the paint and Rogelio and his two employees painted all the exterior trim on our brick house, including the wooden walls of our sunroom. They painted a three bay exterior garage and two storage buildings. They did minor roof repair on two roofs including removing some guttering, replacing and painting it. They also painted the wooden exterior of the chimney at no extra charge since it was overlooked in the bid. The trim on all of the garage door openings needed to be scraped and sanded which they did. Any exterior decorative trim was removed and replaced. They picked up any debris, trash etc. and removed it.
