Description of Work: Their Lifetime warranty isn't. Called to have them look at my foundation they worked on. Sent 4 guys with shovels to repair the foundation. Then claimed they didn't do inside work "I have papers to prove they did". Several months later still waiting. Might get another company to fix their repair and Bill them.

Description of Work: They came and checked inside and outside and explained when and where there was an area in the back of the house that was barely off an assured me the rest of the house was level and I did not need the house to be leveled. I appreciate their honesty. I would call or will call them in the future.

Description of Work: Leveled my foundation. So far everything has been outstanding from the estimate/survey, communication, quick repairs(2 1/2 days to install 31 piers) and finally the replacing of the landscaping. Made an expensive and stressful repair go very smoothly. Provide life time warranty on work done.

+ -1 moreThey were great. Ruben came early and explained everything to me. They worked a long hot day and finished in one day. I was worried that our old house might have problems with doors and windows but they were very careful. Obviously they are very experienced. A couple of days later I was having trouble getting an exterior door to lock. They came right over and fixed it. Very professional. Very responsive. They were very patient with my many questions.
Description of Work: Repaired and replaced piers and beams on 100 year old cedar foundation. Leveled home as needed.

+ -1 moreI hired an engineer to inspect my house and the engineer said that my foundation is not failing and did not need the extensive work that was recommended by Coastal Bend Foundation Repair. The engineer also explained that foundation work can sometimes cause more problems and because of the type of soil, there is no method that can prevent shrinkage and expansion of the soil and movement of the foundation.

Description of Work: Did foundation repair for us 10 years ago. It has a lifetime warranty. Have been trying to get them to call me back to have warranty work done. Will not respond.
