We have worked with this firm for a year. We were new to the area and needed landscaping and regular monthly yard maintenance. We found this company on Angie's List and decided to hire them. We asked for a bid on landscaping and although expensive we accepted it. They did the work as planned and it was adequate but not outstanding. We arranged to have twice monthly mowing,edging etc and the workers came regularly. However, the owner hires men who state they have had experience but in fact have not so that often they broke sprinkler heads, lines etc with their mowers.and even cut down young tree. The owner immediately responded to complaints by visiting and attempting to repair the damage. While effective on that occasion it did not fix the problem and we found that he charged us for repair of the damage caused by his workers and the same issues continued. When the HOA complained about the appearance of our front yard grass we decided to leave and have been surprised at how well the grass looks when properly watered. Since leaving him we have found that his charges were excessive given the poor quality of work.

He did a very good joy...very professional...when work was completed he was interested in whether I was fully satisfied...his employees did an excellent job of cleaning up when when they finished

That went well. One of the reasons I used them was because they carried off the trimmings. They are reliable. I've used them a couple of times primarily for that type of work. The price was fair.

I never got a copy of the contract. The continuing maintenance hasn't been the best. They started off real great and they were on time the first time. They said they were going to do what they told me but sometimes I have to call them to ask them to come out when they are scheduled. He wanted me to pay him in person with the check and 5 weeks later it wasn't cashed yet and I had to call him up and ask him to please cash the check. I am still currently having problems with the check.

I would highly recommend this company to my friends. They are very dependable and always come each week. They have suggested that fewer visits will be required as the weather cools in the fall. They make valuable suggestions for improvements in the yard. I told Cindy that I would be interested in having two oak trees planted in my front yard and within two days there were two twenty-foot trees standing in my yard in the perfect location. The only problem was that they were not oak trees. Our subdivision requires oak trees. I complained that I had not had an opportunity to see and approve the trees before they were planted and we had not discussed price. Cindy asked me how tall a tree I wanted and I told her I wanted trees as tall as I could afford. In a short time the trees were replaced with oak trees. Once again I did not have an opportunity to approve the trees before they were planted and we did not discuss price. When they told me how much, I thought the price was very reasonable and just let it stand. I did not, however, get the size of tree I would have liked.
