Description of Work: David Rodriguez, the owner, arrived on time promised. He asked to see the areas that he was to clean. He immediately began sweeping the rugs with a commercial vacuum cleaner. Before beginning the cleaning process, he explained exactly what he planned to do. Then he and his partner moved the necessary furniture and they began. He sprayed the urine stains from our older dog first, then he began in the bedrooms. We have antiques in several bedrooms, living room and family room. I was very impressed with the care taken while moving the antiques. After cleaning each room, he set the heavy furniture on plastic blocks and the others on waxed paper. He finished and presented his bill which matched his quote. I have lived in South Texas for over 40 years and have seen many unprofessional workmen come to my home. This team was superior to most people with whom I have used. I was so impressed that I asked for his cards for my friends.
