Enrique Salazar is a unique individual. We made contact and within a few hours he was at our house to give us an estimate of work to be done (repair of outside stucco wall). We set up a time for him to do the work. He arrived exactly when he said he would. Did a fantastic job. We highly recommend him. Sorry there s only 5 stars for rating. His work is at least 10 stars.

Be prepared to be lied to if you hire Enrique Salazar. I hired him for the repainting of my house and cabinets. Explained to him some hinges in the cabinets were not good and would need to be replaced and he probably could not find exact matches. He gave me the quote and we signed the contract. Then, after receiving approval from him, I bought the hinges. After receiving the hinges, he first told me they would not work in a few places and I said that would be fine. Then a few days later he told me I would need to pay extra. I told him I explained to him some hinges would need to be replaced before he gave me the quote and declined to pay extra. Then he was gone for a few days and never contacted me. So I checked with him and he told me he would not do it anymore. I asked for a partial refund because the work he did was not worth how much he received and he refused and never showed up.

Quality of work good but expensive.

Enrique is very dependable and shows up when he says he will. His work is high quality.

We gave Mr. Salazar a variety of repairs to do. These included: replace kitchen sink faucet and strainers and drain lines, replace window sill, install base moulding and transition strips, repair damaged drywall, and apply popcorn texture to foyer ceiling. We were quite impressed with his wide range of skills! He was professional, courteous, timely, and willing to work around our unique constraints. We are already creating the next to-do list for him!
