No problems with the repairs.

After analyzing the problem Roy gave good counsel for purchase of a new one. He said, and quot;They don't make them like they used to.and quot; Get an extended warranty if possible.

Roy came over to my house the same day I called him, which was unexpected because he mentioned he was so busy. He took the washing machine apart and immediately discovered why the drum wasn’t spinning. He showed me the broken part and mentioned he could easily replace it. It took less than 30 minutes for him to fix the washing machine and he also tested it to make sure it was working properly. I highly recommend Roy’s Appliances and Repair for all your household appliance repair needs. He is well-organized, professional, and very efficient.

We had a full fridge and freezer when our refrigerator stopped working. It was a Sunday (of all days), and we called Roy. He came out immediately and fixed the problem quickly. He is an extremely honest and nice man, and I recommend him to anyone!

I contacted them late in the afternoon and they told me they would be by on the following afternoon after 1 PM. They did not actually come until the following morning. Other than that, the service was great. The heating coil in our Admiral oven had gone out. They did their work, replaced the part, explained what had happened, cleaned up, all quickly, courteously. The price, I think, was reasonable. I also have a broken Samsung dishwasher. After testing it, he said he could fix it but the part would take a while to get, and suggested it would probably be better to get a new American branded dishwasher. I appreciated that he would give that advice instead of what could have given him more profit. I will use him again if needed.

I left word on his phone. He called me back and said he would try and make it to my house. He called me at work and said he was going over. I arranged to get him in to the house. He called and explained what he found. He fixed it. By that time, my wife got home from work and paid him. He is honest, responsive, explained what needed to be done and did it for a reasonable price. I would most definitely use him again.

We had issues with our GE dishwasher. It is about 3 years old. Checked a few repair company's here on Angie's list. Started making calls around 8am on a Thursday morning. Was surprised no business' answered. The third business was Roy's Appliance and Repair. By this time it was 8:30 am. Called 956-380-2441. Spoke with Roy and informed him of what I thought the issue was. I was not counting on having a service call the same day, but glad we were able to set that up. Within 20 minutes Roy was at our home. He is very friendly and informative. After I explained what the issue was he quickly knew what it actually was. The issue was repaired in under 30 minutes. He explained what the actual problem was, showed us what to do if it happens again and even provided pointers to prevent it from happening again. Cannot say this enough, very professional and courtious .We are recommending him to everyone we know and will definitely call him again.
