+ -1 moreRolando arrived quickly, fixed the problem in 15 minutes, and charged his basic service fee. I called him because a highly rated Angie's List provider--Joe's Locksmith--couldn't make it and recommended Rolando. I was very satisfied with Rolando's work and cheery attitude. I promised to add him to Angie's List
