+ -1 moreI called Mid Valley Pest at 2:pm on a Tuesday and told them I had a situation on my hands and needed help. I told them Fox Pest control out of Mcallen, (Valley wide) failed to show up after they had made 4 appointments with our company. Fox Pest control is the most unprofessional unreliable company I have ever come across. Mid Valley Pest control came to the rescue and set our company up just in time for an audit we were having. Mid ValleyPest was at our company until 8:30 PM and didn't leave until our company was in compliance. What an outstanding bunch of people! As for Fox Pest control be very careful when they say " we will be there, don't worry we will take care of everything" they are lying and will leave you holding the bag! THANK GOD FOR PEOPLE LIKE MID VALLEY PEST CONTROL!
Description of Work: Spray our warehouse and offices. They also put in bait and metal traps.

+ -1 moreWe use them once a year and we don’t have any termites so I am assuming they have done a good job. They are prompt and they usually get here about the time they say they would. As far as we know, they do a good job because we are ready for termites and we don’t have any. We have no complaints what so ever. There are cheaper prices around but we are willing to pay a little more, because they do a good job.
