Jackson Pest Control

I called Jackson on the 22 and they said they would be out the following day. They arrived at 10 AM and did the job. Very professional!

I have been using them since 1998, and I have had no problems. There have been no bugs, termites or anything, so they must be doing their job.

They were great. I can't say anything negative about them. We will continue to use them in the future.

He was on time, easy to talk too, and did a professional job.

We have used Jackson Pest Control for nearly 8 years and have always been happy with their service. However, that changed this past week. We had one scheduled appointment they didn't show for. We called, they apologized that they didn't have us on the list and rescheduled for the next day. The next day came, no show...again. Called to be told they were running really late. Canceled that appointment stating we'd call at a later time to reschedule. They showed 3 days later unannounced at a time inconvenient for us (kids nap time - how can they spray the inside of our home then?). Called JPC and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later - again no show! Called to be told we again weren't on the schedule. I don't know if they've had some changes in their office staff, but they seem very unorganized now. A disappointment to say the least.
