I purchased the roof maintenance package for $109 (was $99, but I missed that one). The gentleman contacted me quickly and was on time when he came to my house. I explained that I have some shingles that are missing, and I wanted to add another vent in the attic. He told me he would send me an estimate via email after he climbed on the roof and looked around. He was nice enough to tell me I did not need to stay while he checked the roof, so I did not see him check the roof. Unfortunately, my roof was too steep for him to work on, so I cannot review this.

The work was good from what I can tell-- I haven't had any problems since they came out.

The moment I noticed my roof may have needed repairs I knew I needed someone who was established, professional, honest, reputable, and friendly on the wallet. Since the house is not lived in year round (I live farther north in the summer) I also needed the repairs done promptly. I stumbled upon DLJ and I couldn't be happier with my decision! Everything that needed to be done was laid out in a way that was easy for me to understand, wether I wanted to go with replacing my shingles or a coating that they normally apply to commercial roofs. I went with the coating which is guaranteed for 10 years and I'm glad I did. They fixed everything up in a timely and efficient manner and assured me I wouldn't need to worry about my roof for a very long time. I am one extremely satisfied customer and I would recommend their services to anyone needing their leaks fixed or even thier whole roof replaced!

I was very happy with the provider. The owner Dale Johnson did exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend this roofer to anyone that has a need for this type of service.
