+ -1 moreNot great. We have tried three times to get estimates at the Harlingen, TX location and no one takes our call serious.
Description of Work: We called three times to request an estimate and ignored all 3 times. We gave the D-tronics Harlingen location 3 chances; we thought well they are busy so we tried 3 times over 9 months. Each time we tried, we shrugged it off and forgot about it but today marks the 3rd time being ignored. Don't bother calling them. They are not organized, the staff isn't knowledgable in what they service so don't bother asking questions either.

+ -1 moreGood experience! I was immediately greeted by everyone as I walked by the installer bays and when I walked inside I was greeted by the salesmen in the front desk. I was there to just get an estimate for some tint for my new car but ended up learning some new things about tint. They are very well informed on the film they offer and the differences between all of them. After a few minutes of discussing with the managers my needs and what I was looking for they gave me some great options in the 3M Window film for my car. I was hesitant at first for the price of the material but they showed me the process and lengths they go during installation by using a computer to cut the window patterns and a clean climate controlled room for the installation. After getting all the info, I decided then to go ahead and get my car tinted by them. Best of all they offered lifetime nationwide warranty. Installation was only a couple of hours and when I received my car they didn't leave any streaks or wet doors, and the installation was really clean of any debris. I would highly recommend checking out Dtronics in Edinburg and speaking with either Peter or Pablo. Thank you Angies List for the Recommendations because I am very particular on my shopping experience.
