Climate Control Heating A/C & Refrigeration

We just purchased a house that had a new HVAC system installed right before closing. We were told to call the guy that installed the system, Leonard Abilez, if anything went wrong because we had a full parts & labor warranty for the first year. The heater wasn't working, so I called Leonard on Monday morning at about 9:00 am. He answered the phone and I told him the heater wasn't working. He apologized for the inconvenience and said that he would be there right away. I was fully expecting the usual defensive questioning and routine excuses, but Leonard was so polite and genuine. He arrived no later than 20 minutes after the call ended, which was also impressively unexpected. He looked at the unit for a few minutes and maintained polite conversation the whole time. Then, he told me exactly what the minor problem was and how he was going to correct the issue. After only a few more minutes, the heater was fully operational. Leonard told me that I could call at any time because he runs a 24 hour business. He also gave me more important and helpful information before leaving, but he did not overstay his welcome. Overall, I am very impressed so far with the level of service provided and the enthusiasm with which the work was performed. Highly recommended.
