 + -1 morei called them, they came out and checked it (i had been having problems with my heat pump for a while, they were having to come out and replace the freon in it every month), we decided it was time for a new one, but i couldn't afford a new one, but they had a reconditioned one and they did all the work. installing the outside and inside unit, and i haven't had to call them back since. it was a real plus that they allowed me to pay it out in installments once a month.
Description of Work: my heat pump went out and they replaced it with a reconditioned one and i have not had any problems with it since and they have allowed us to pay it out.

 + -1 moreThey are very understanding and they listen to what you are telling them about what is going on with your unit. They also do a good job of getting back to you on the same day. They also will follow up with you to make sure that your unit is still working after they leave.
Description of Work: They had to replace a motor on our heat pump.
