The invoice for this customer is dated 3/12/2012 -- over a year ago. We give our customers a feedback card and invite them to let us know how we did. We have no record of this customer contacting us stating that he had concerns - either through the feedback card or a phone call. If the customer had contacted us, we would have addressed any concerns he had. As it is, he’s waited until his warranty is expired.
