LL REMODELING

Most of the work was done by Jessie & his wife Sandra. He is very meticulous and wants the job done perfectly even though it takes him over his budgeted time. Jessie did have some of the carpentry work done by other family members. Their work hours are between 9am-3pm so they could be with their kids; although there were a couple days when they did stay late. Before they left each day, they vacuumed & cleaned up-I never saw a mess. The project was expected to last a month but the actual job was about 5 weeks. They started after Thanksgiving and completed in the beginning of January. He had put door handles on the cover plates under the sink which I questioned. He said no problem and that he would remove them. After he did so, I had to agree with him that it looked better with them on. He put them back on. He was pleasant during this discourse and wanted to make sure I was happy with the job he was doing. The carpentry craftsmanship is excellent and much better than what I had before.
