+ -1 moreI have used their services for 20+ years. They used to be excellent, but since their plumbers have been put on commission, they are only interested in selling hardware. I had a leaking toilet, a fairly simple problem to solve, but the plumber insisted on selling me a new commode. He offered a discount to replace both of my present commodes. Needless to say, I won't be calling them again.
Description of Work: Repair/replace a toilet seal.

+ -1 moreTechnician (Derek) arrived early in the 2-hour time window provided when I set up the appointment. He put on shoe protectors before entering home. Checked the problem (leaking faucet), explained what he would do to fix it and the cost. Derek retrieved parts from the truck and completed the job in about 10 minutes. He asked me to check to make sure I was satisfied (which I was). He then completed the invoice, deducting the $25 discount coupon I printed from their website, which I paid. Derek was friendly and professional during the visit.
Description of Work: Replaced cartridge in bathroom sink hot water faucet.

+ -1 moreWhen I called the shop, it was a little too close to closing time. So, they said they would be out the next day. They came out as promised and replaced the faucet. They guys that did the repair were very polite and honest.
Description of Work: I had a slow leaking faucet outside of my house. The contractor took off the old faucet and soldered on a new one. He did the job in less than an hour.

They were to call me before starting the work, to give me the estimated cost, but they went ahead with the work, before calling me. I've used Liberty in the past and do trust their judgment, but would have preferred, that they call me ahead.

+ -1 moreThe arrived on time as scheduled. Derek (the tech) showed me where all of the gas lines ran through the facility, which was a bonus for future reference. They completed the test in a very reasonable amount of time and the charges were less than I anticipated, only 214.00. Excellent vendor. They will be installing three sinks for me due to the initial work performed.
Description of Work: They tested gas line in an 11,000 square foot building with 6 HVAC units.

+ 1 moreTHEY WERE PROMPT, COURTEOUS, AND EFFICIENT. EACH PLUMBER I DEALT WITH WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR CRAFT, AND SUPPLIES NEVER TOOK MORE THAN A DAY OR TWO TO GET. THE WHOLE PROJECT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS, BECAUSE THE ENTIRE HOUSE WAS BEING RENOVATED AND REWIRED. THEY ALWAYS WORE SHOE COVERS IN THE HOUSE, AND NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT HAVING TO ACCESS AN INCREDIBLY SMALL CRAWL SPACE. I HAVE CALLED THEM TWICE SINCE THEY DID THEIR INITIAL WORK, AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN GREAT. SINCE I HAD TO INVEST SO MUCH IN THE REPAIR WORK, THEY BILLED ME IN INSTALLMENTS, WHICH HAS WORKED OUT GREAT.
Description of Work: I HIRED LIBERTY ON THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE PRIOR OWNERS OF MY HOUSE. THEY WERE FAMILIAR WITH THE HOUSE ALREADY, AND PERFORMED AN ENORMOUS AMOUNT OF WORK FOR ME. I BOUGHT A 1953 HOUSE THAT WAS NOT UP TO CODE ON ANYTHING. LIBERTY (ESPECIALLY CHAD) REPLACED A GOOD DEAL OF MY PIPES, INSTALLED A NEW WATER HEATER, MOVING THE HEATER FROM THE KITCHEN TO A HALL CLOSET, PUT IN AN AUTOMATIC CUTOFF, AND CONNECTED ALL MY GAS APPLIANCES. THEY ALSO INSTALLED MY TWO TOILETS, AND FIXED MINOR LEAKS IN THE FAUCETS, AND UNCLOGGED ALL DRAINS. ALSO, MY SEWER LINE CLOGGED COMPLETELY, AND NEW SEWER HAD TO BE LAID TO THE STREET.
