Now it is April 9 and I asked him to come back out and take a look, part of the repair had fallen (his work), which he said he guaranteed all his work. He sent his inexperienced handyman out again and again the handyman was slow and did not want to do the job unless I paid him an additional $125. I told him that was not fair, he told me back in November that his work was guaranteed.......now its has been not only 5 months....at least he could have guaranteed it for six months......so now I am left trying to find another contractor to complete the job that Juan Munoz was suppose to do...I offered him half of the amount of $125., He refused to do the repair... I will never use this contractor again....and will encourage everyone in my neighbor not to use him. 4/10/2014 After I had told Mr. Munoz that I would not recommend on Angie's List, upon my return home, he had come by and torn down another part of my fence....my neighbors saw him doing it.....the funny part about this is he jumped the fence in order to do the damage and apparently he wanted my cost to anyone that would fix it higher than he quoted. This is not the kind of person you or any one else to do business with.....no apologies nor nothing.....its like he just did not care...that's really unfortunate.

He is excellent, he does a great job. He speaks English as well as Spanish. He is very reliable and comes exactly when he says he will. A lot of times he will call ahead of time and say he has a few hours and can start the project early. He really tries. He also has done work for my sister. He does tile, siding, any kind of woodwork, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, replaces windows, does fencing. I'm about to call him for another project.
