Called Crown Roofing after watching them roof a neighbors house. Lori came out and inspected roof, found damaged areas and agreed to meet our insurance companies agent the following day. She showed up early, met with the agent and climbed up on the roof to point out areas of concern. Roof repair was approved by insurance company and the entire process was made easy and stress free for us. Rudy and Lori kept up constant contact, the crew came out and covered all areas, did the work and did great job of cleaning up afterward. House looks great! Really what more could you ask?
Description of Work: No worries with Lori and Rudy, Lori came to location, met with insurance estimator, climbed up on roof to show damaged areas from recent storms. We just had to sit back and watch the show!

They were prompt, efficient, clean and respective of my time and comfort. My gutters needed replacement (not covered by my insurance). They recommended a company that did the job in one day, at a very reasonable price. Upon completion, Crown representatives returned to make certain that I was pleased.
Description of Work: They replaced my roof, working within my insurance company benefits.
