+ -1 moreTimely response (less than 24 hours) and very professional service. They spent the best part of 90 minutes working at the house and showing me what they were doing.
Description of Work: Carpenter ant infestation in our yard and on the outside of our house. The company applied a bait to numerous surfaces and took the time to explain to me exactly what they were trying to accomplish and what I could expect.

Description of Work: He stopped by the house the same day I called, to assess the situation and give me an estimate. Very professional and wore a neat, pressed uniform. I thought I had carpenter ants, but he tole me it was a different kind. Came back within a few days to put out insecticidal bait. Very informative about where they lived, how they bred, the damage they would and woujld not do, etc. His office followed up to find out how the service had been. Later, when I thought the treatment hadn't worked, he came out again, retreated at no charge, and advised me that the method he was using would take a few weeks but was very effective. He also noticed a fungus on some of my trees, and give me information about it. No hard sell. I decided to have him treat that as well. Again, his office followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I thought the price was exceedingly fair, especially given the multiple trips he made...always the same or next day that I called, and also called in advance to let me know when he would be there. Great service. I highly recommend Britton's to anyone in this area who needs pest control service!

+ -1 moreNever having termites before, he came out to check and I did have them. I had to call a marble company out to cut two doors in my sunken tub so he could get to the termites. Because of my extra expense he didn't charge me for the doors he installed in the marble. He was very professional and really nice. Yes I will use him for any pest control problems I have in the future.

+ -1 moreExcellent! I cannot say enough about how well this company performed. I called in the morning and by later that afternoon the job was completed. All my questions were answered, and I was told exactly how the job would be performed. Not only did the serviceman spray, he also dug up the nest to be sure all the yellow jackets were dead. I will definitely call this company again when I need an exterminator. THE BEST!

+ -1 moreThis guy does a really good job considering the area of town that I live in. They are honest and very dependable. I have used them for ten years and I recommend them to all of my friends. They are knowledgeable and their prices are good. They do an excellent job.
