It was a pleasure to do business with Arrow Fence and Deck (Robert Fancher). He was reliable, prompt, eficient and professional. The 3 fence sections he rebuilt slat by slat were beautifully done and he removed all debris to leave my lawn in the same condition as when he arrived. I think the charge was fair considering the amount of work he performed and the quality of it. I will definitely contact him in the future for any necessary fence work. It was encouraging to find someone dependable, who did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for the price quoted.

Robert was prompt, friendly, and inspired confidence in his experience. He communicated well concerning what to expect. He did a beautiful job, cleaned up after, and charged what he had estimated.

The provided was courteous and professional. He adjusted his work days to fit with other work we had going. He did quality work and completed it on the day projected. I would suggest his services to my friends.

Very knowledgeable and offered multiple options. Professional results.

Robert did an excellent job. He started us off with two quotes -- spruce vs cedar. We chose the cedar because it will last longer. Robert used metal poles and cedar boards that are a full 6 inches which makes the fence sturdier as well as gives it a richer look. Robert was on time and finished when he said he would. I definitely recommend him. Robert is professional, courteous and very, very good at his work.

The quality of his work was really good. It was a beautiful fence job. I had every confidence that he knew what he was doing. He was meticulous and precise. And he actually seemed to care about the quality. I like that he does all of the work himself and he takes a lot of pride in his work.

It went very well. They did what they said. Right off the bat the fence was stained before they installed it. It looks fantastic! They're average on price, that's what most of the companies had charged. They were quick to respond.

Robert Fancher is a true professional. He is a joy to work with. Robert's been involved in fence construction for many years and is very knowledgeable about various fencing, materials etc that work best with Texas weather and the site of the installation. Having researched several companies, materials, etc., I was very pleased to have done business with Robert. His rates were spot-on with several other fencing companies, so I felt that we made the right decision to go with him. I could not be happier dealing with Arrow Fence and Deck. Robert had lots of patience with us as we decided exactly what we wanted. He does all his own work, does exactly what he says he will do, is punctual, respects your time, never pushes and leaves the work site in perfect order. I feel comfortable calling Robert at any time if I have a question. I'm considering a patio and an arbor and Robert will be the first person I call. The neighbors were so impressed with his work that they've been talking to him about their fences.
