ALLOYD GARAGE DOOR AND OPENER

JB did a great job in locating the issue for my one car garage by tightening the rails. Additionally, my two car garage was so loud when opening and shutting the door. He utilized their product and sprayed down all necessary areas. I will call that magic spray that took away my screeching door. JB was on time, professional and showed me everything he did so I would be aware. I also bought their spray since he indicated I should spray the moving parts a few times a year.

Everything went well. I was pleased with their service.

I had such a good experience with them the first time I immediately called them again when we had another problem. Both times they were able to come the same day and resolve the problem then. The first time the door was stuck open due to a mechanical problem. The second time it was for a programming problem. The guys were very professional and knew exactly what to do. The cost was reasonable and I would recommend them highly.

They were super. We called them back twice. We called them that day, and did an excellent job. They came back and did some more repairs to it. We will call them back when we collect enough money. We will defiantly call them back when its time to complete the job.

Wade arrived and assessed the situation. He made sure the tracks were sound, made the adjustments needed, lubricated the rollers and hinges, and now it is working quietly, no popping or jerking around when it is operating.

Good service, no issues. Took less than an hour. He also made some additional adjustments to make the door less noisy. Overall, I'm pleased with the service and outcome.

Called Wade on Monday and he said he would send someone out before Thursday. He called the next morning and said someone would be over in around 30 minutes. Larry the repair guy arrived shortly after and he installed two new torsion springs. All went well, very professional and quality work.

I was given a quote very promptly and scheduled the work with a couple weeks thereafter. The installer was on time and professional. I have an unusual garage in that it is a Quonset hut and is much like a airplane hangar so it required a little extra angle iron to hang the opener. Another contractor I had received a quote for wanted to charge me about hundred dollars more than he did because of my unusual garage. He was prompt and honest, a job well done. I would recommend him to anybody.

Mr. Lloyd is as good as his Angie's List reviews indicate. Our Genie system garage door would partially open and then grind to a halt. Mr. Lloyd called back the same day I left a message and worked out a time to stop by the next day to see what the problem was. Very nice man, very professional. Said we had an old Genie system and quickly determined the problem and replaced the screw drive carriage assembly. Also reinstalled the existing emergency release lever which he said was set too low and putting too much strain on the screw drive. All for $110, and didn't try to sell me a new system or anything that wasn't needed. Great guy. Definitely call him again when we need help and I recommend Mr. Lloyd without reservation.

Excellent response from the very first call. Answered my phone call and came to my home within and hour to discuss what I wanted. Provided a price for the very basic services requested and in no way pressured me to upgrade. Responded to my questions regarding features I wanted (windows on both doors and remote keypad entry). Called me the next day to tell me the doors were available and that they could do the installation the next morning. I explained I needed to delay it a few days to get the garage empty for their work and he was very understanding and scheduled it for Friday morning. His crew showed up on time, were very nice, professional and personable. Did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully when finished.

Great customer service. I left a message on a Saturday and they were at the house before 11am on Monday to make the repairs.

When I called one evening and left a message that I had a broken spring, Wade called back immediately. He was able to come in either of the next 2 following days, my choice. He and his helper were quick, thorough, reliable, on time and a good price on replacing the spring and adjusting/lubing garage door and track. I also wanted to buy a remote for my opener and as he was looking for the code in my non-working remote, it started working. I didn't buy a remote after all, and he didn't seem disappointed in the least. Very professional. It's no wonder he has straight A's. Will call him next time I need garage door service.

It was great, the guy showed up to do a quick measurement on the day I called and installed on the very next day. They were cheaper than anyone else and it looks like the same type of garage door (basic double car garage). Has one year warrantly and so far is working great (though this is the first day).

called wednesday about 4:00, he came out on thursday about 11:00 and quickly fixed the problem. The price was fair, and he was very knowledgeable and friendly.

I think I got them through Angie’s List. One of my neighbors got a new device on his car that allowed him to open my garage door. I caught him doing it and I asked him not to push the button on his multi-button device. He kept doing it so I had to replace 2 panels in one of the garage doors. I had him come out. He put little magnetic carts on each of the doors. I called him and he came out the next day. He repaired my garage opener and corrected the problem with it. He replaced the panels. He gave me a real break on the price. The service was absolutely outstanding, just like it was the first time. He did the 2 panels, 3 garaged door openers and a keypad on the door for $300. He was over here the next day. He knew exactly what panels to install. He came installed the panels and tested that remote panel. He programmed everything to a common code that my neighbor doesn’t have. He got everything working for me. The keypad itself retails for $40. I did have him comeback because I backed into the garage doors. He was here exactly the time he said he would be here. There was no way I could figure out what was wrong. He explained that when the battery goes completely dead, you put new battery. Sometimes because it is sensitive electronics, it clears them to the universal code which was what was happening. He replaced the unit and he did that.

Mr. Loyd provided prompt service after I left a voicemail. We set a day and time for him to come and although he arrived on time, I fell asleep, ( I work the night shift). I called him to see if it was possible for him to come that day anyway and he did! He came and changed my springs in less than 30 minutes. The price that he charged me was very reasonable. The door worked fine but would not stay closed the next morning. I promptly called Mr. Loyd and even though it was after his stated hours he came anyway, letting me know that the temperature drop affected the new springs. I will definitely use Mr. Loyd again.
