Description of Work: Amazing Service! He helped fix my problem over the phone during the holiday break. He knew it should be an easy fix and instead of putting me off until the next week he walked me through the issue during our conversation. Anytime I have appliance needs I plan to call them again.

Description of Work: Had a hose blow out on my washer. Fixed it and blew out again. Figured out what was causing it, calcium buildup in water filter, and repaired. Told me where I could get stronger hoses at an auto parts dealer, and only charged me for the first visit. Great service and highly recommend.

Description of Work: The service technician (the owner I believe), cam and assessed the issue with my broken dryer and quickly diagnosed the problem as a lint-clogged out-port from the dryer. My wife and I discovered a burning smell in the dryer the last several days and though the dryer was broken. Sure enough, there was 10 lbs. of lint inside the dryer and the the PVC tube going out of the house. He was thorough, knowledgeable and quick. No extra charges to haggle about or extra charges for showing up.
