well whatever caused the continuous purging had worked itself out by the time the tech got here. he checked the system and found it to be operable. he also checked my water softness to be sure it was working. he did not charge me anything for the service call! he also gave me some information for when i do eventually replace my current system. i had already been looking into removing the chlorine from my water. with all the good reviews on this company and my own positive experience with them i would be inclined to purchase my next water softener from them. thanks so much to Jon, the service tech.

Texas Water Solutions' technician was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Providing the operation instructions for our older water softener was certainly "above and beyond" and very much appreciated.

Robert made a spur of the moment trip to our house and he provide us with a sincere and professional approach to our water concerns. After providing us with new water softener options, we decided to proceed with the purchase. Taylor and Doug showed up before the scheduled appointment. They both were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional about the installation. The job was performed very effectively and all questions were answered. The area was cleaner than before and they disposed our old water softener. We have noticed a major differences in our hair, skin and water bill!

They were on time, actually about 30 minutes early! They went right to work, got the job done in less than an hour and "totally" cleaned up after themselves.

Efficient service. Arrived, checked the unit, told me what was wrong and did a water test.

They came for a check-up and gave us a quote for what was wrong with the unit. They told us what it would cost to replace a part in the water heater. A few days after they came out the unit started working again without replacing any parts. I do not like that I had to pay for the service fee for them to just look over the system and not do any actual work.

Annual RO system (MM 7000) checkup and filter-changing time at my daughter's house. She set the appointment with the Texas Water Solutions office in Dripping Springs. The service was performed very professionally and on time, though we considered the price to be on the higher side..

Everything was checked over and found to be working properly. We informed him of a possible leak. He did find a crack in the tank causing a small leak and asked us to set an appointment as they would have to come back to replace the tank. He said he would call and let us know the cost. He did so and gave us half-off for being Angie's List customers.

Robert and his team did a great job from initial meeting through installation and follow up. Robert did a nice job explaining the system and our options as well as working with us on our very tight challenging schedule. The installation was done as scheduled with high quality work. Robert called to follow up and make sure everything was to our satisfaction and encouraged us to contact him with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this team for your water filtration needs. Excellent experience start to finish.

I contacted the provider through Angie's List Email. They were one of 3 that I contacted. One provided said he would call me back to schedule an appointment because his computer was down on Monday. They just called back today Wednesday. They called while Texas Water Solutions were at my home installing my new system. So, here's the rundown: I emailed them on Monday to request a quote for service. I spoke in-depth with Kim, who was very patient and helpful. She assured me that If I wanted that If I wanted to install the older system I had, they would service it after installation forging an ongoing relationship. The prompt response and attention to detail made me happy. We were going to schedule a date for 9/11, but I needed to make sure my schedule permitted. Today, the owner called me direct to discuss my system and make some suggestions regarding the upgrades needed. He said he would come over this evening to look at my system's fittings and assured me that the price to install my system would be no higher than what he as quoting over the phone. I was available so we set a time. Knowing my system was older, I felt I still had some years left in it. I was not looking to purchase a new unit. I'm glad I did. Especially since I was not forced or coerced into it by an overzealous sales pitch. He gave me a generous trade-in for my older system. He was on time and very thorough in his explanations. I felt no pressure to buy a new system and deferred him to my big guy for final approval. He spoke to him and my guy gave the final approval to upgrade to a new system. What was nice is the same thing he said to me, he said to my big guy. No extra fluff. He installed the system himself and removed all of the packaging. I am a customer for life. TWS was online and the service was completed in a reasonable time.

Initial estimate and pricing was done by Robert. He showed up within an hour of the call. I had done my research on this. Robert was courteous, professional and did a good price. Outstanding service, installation next day.

I called after seeing a Big Deal on Angie's list, and Robert came out the next day to show us what was available. He explained that the Deal was for the bottom of the line product, which was OK, but that the next model up was much better. I didn't feel that it was a bait-and-switch thing, though, because the Deal clearly stated that it was a very basic system and that the money could be applied to an upgrade. We arranged for installation two days later and it was done. The only problem was that after the installation, the installer said someone needed to come out to check his work, and apparently something needed redoing and it took a while. But it has been working fine in the week since it was installed and so far we are very happy with it.

Rober was very honest, letting us know our current water softening system was beyond help. He refunded our service fee since the work couldnt' be completed. His honesty and customer service were very appreciated.
