He came as scheduled and got the job done.

Very satisfied with the water quality and service. The water in my area is extremely hard. Gary arrived on time for a service call and thoroughly checked out my existing 15 year old softener. After troubleshooting the existing timer based 25K system, he provided a detailed estimate of repair. He also provided a detailed estimate for replacement cost using a Puronics softener. Gary discussed the pros/cons of repair vs new install and advised me think it over and get back to them when I felt comfortable with my choice. Based on my favorable experiences with scheduling service and with Gary's knowledge/professionalism, I purchased the Puronics softener that day. The results were as advertised. The water really does taste great out of the faucet without the need of an additional filter.

Went very well. Punctual, professional, and knowledgable. Gary was very nice, and familiar with the unit. He was honest, and I did not feel pressured at all to purchase anything. He checked my softener, explained things to me (how it works, why the salt was slow to reduce, etc.)....he also tested my water showing me that my softener is working properly. I would absolutely hire them again. Again, Gary was excellent.

Let's start with the salesman: He was slick. Started with the most expensive sale and then worked his way down. That's to be expected. I am also in sales, so that did not bother me. My main concern was a system that I could use potassium in instead of salt. He walked me through that and assured me that it was no problem. He also said that they would provide the initial two bags of potassium chloride. Being diabetic I was also interested in a system to remove any bacteria from my well water. Sold. Bought the infrared light system. My problem was with the install. The installer was very professional. He was on time and completed the job. However, he was not told that he was supposed to bring potassium. He instead had regular salt and did not have time to go get the potassium. I ended up having to drive far to get it. That was inconvenient. I was assured that I would be brought the promised potassium for the next time I needed it. No one has contacted me or brought me my promised potassium. I would never trust what you are told by this company. And they do not follow through. I have no idea if the system will do what they said since they have lost my confidence. If it doesn't I will be "lawyering up" to get a refund.

Our originally scheduled appointment was 11/24/2015 but there was an emergency. Rescheduled for 11/25/2015. Gary was punctual. The thing that I really appreciated was his honesty and he did not try to sell me a new sytem. Would recommend.

hardness was .5 grain, softening was ok. internal parts of softener were working properly. life of unit was extended by my use of whole house filter, which needed changing. they did not have replacement part. i got part and had another party replace it.

They were prompt, professional, courteous and thorough. Although our system is an older model he did not try to oversell a new system. We are very pleased with the work.

Originally, one of their reps came to my house to discuss what they had to offer; however, the rep and I did not get along, so the meeting was terminated. 5 minutes after the rep left I got a call from his manager, Robert Persaud, apologizing for the situation and asking if he could personally come and meet with me to discuss their systems. I was very impressed with Robert and his sincerity in wanting to ensure I got the best customer service, so we made a follow-up appointment for him to come visit. Robert's handling of the situation was critical in my opinion, because what makes a great company is great customer service and what they do when something goes wrong. After visiting with Robert and getting all my questions answered, I decided to buy their system for 3 reasons - their reputation on Angie's List, how they handled my original situation with the rep, and the quality of their product. Even though they were not the cheapest, what mattered to me the most was how they will handle future situations when/if something goes wrong with my system. Based upon what they had done so far, I felt very comfortable in trusting this company. Robert came to oversee the installation, along with the install technicians Gary and Nick. They made suggestions on the best place to put the system in light of my water lines and also how my garage was set up....meaning, they just didn't plop it into the first available/easiest spot. They had to tap into my main water line in the attic, which made me a bit nervous...but they answered all my questions, showed me how they did it and how they insulated everything. In addition, instead of running the electrical outside of the wall, they suggested that I let them run it inside the wall, which would look much better and wires wouldn't be showing. They took extra time to do this, and it just looks much more finished and professional than it would otherwise. Both Gary and Nick were great, as well as Robert. Gary explained the unit/system to me and how it would function; he even let me video it so that I wouldn't forget! They all had a good sense of humor and were very friendly, which I really liked. They were patient with all my questions and idiosyncrasies; their work was professional and as far as I can tell, very high quality. The finished product looks great and I'm very pleased. Great job guys!!!

I bought the "Big Deal," and someone was out to check the system and test the water. All was OK. There is one thing I would suggest to the company, and that would be to give a 2 hour window instead of 4. I believe every single company I have dealt with in the past few years now gives a 2 hour window, and they call when they're leaving the previous stop to let me know they're on the way & when to expect them. I asked for a 2 hour window and was told they give only 4. This means that I cannot schedule any other service for that day. Other than that, everything was fine.

Introduction information session was excellent, could see and taste the difference in water quality. Overall had great quality water that continues. I did have a malfunction of the water softener after about a year. The secretaries on the phone were somewhat painful but Robert is excellent to deal with and had someone fix the water softener, change the filters, at no charge 1 year after installation.

Service man did an excellent job, explained everything and worked through a storm. Very knowledgeable and helpful, on time.

Shelby arrived on time and was excellent with his service. Explained what he was doing and why and answered all questions asked easily.

We initially were having problems with our water softener so we went to Angie's List and called Texas Water Solutions to check on a possible problem with our water softener. They came out and were able to provide service by testing our whole-house water which passed with flying colors. Since our water softner was a culligan product, the tech suggested calling culligan to look at the system. Texas Water Solutions provided a FREE water testing and did not charge us for the service fee. Definitely a recommended company to use.

They were okay. There wasn't much to that my old water softener was not that great but I guess the thing that I was concerned with is they spent most of the time trying to talk me into buying a very expensive unit that they carried for like several times the next weeks about this expensive one that they had. The guy was extremely nice. He tested my water and it was exactly what it was supposed to be but he still said I needed a new expensive one.

Shelby was excellent. I was called for an early appointment and Shelby showed up on time and performed my annual service with excellent results. I appreciate Shelby and Texas Water Solutions for giving my family great service and clean water.

Bo and Robert at Texas Water Solutions were both awesome to work with. They were super responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done very quickly. I love my new water filter and will definitely be sticking with these guys in the future!

The company was good about calling ahead of time to work out a schedule. They even had an opening come up and rescheduled me sooner, which was even better. The two gentlemen that came were very professional. They took their time to explain how the overall process of a water softener works (I provoked this conversation, since I am not familiar with them at all). Even though they were not used to dealing with the particular make and model that I have, they took the time to research it with me and checked all possible angles. Though the overall solution should be to replace the unit soon, they still did everything they could to keep mine going for a while so that we can plan for the replacement. Overall, very satisfied with the service.

My son was here for this appointment. He said the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He arrived between the hours stated and quickly summed up the problem with my water softener.

Went well, arrived, did work, great attitude, pleasre to work with.
