Description of Work: Bought a big deal for Soft Water System Tune-Up and 2 Bags of Salt. Forgot the technician's name but he was a very patient gentleman who knew his stuff well and cared to share the knowledge while doing his job. |Arrived promptly, advised that whole house carbon had to be replaced and provided what type of specs might work better and the frequency at which to change. Reviewed the water softener system functioning, put in the 2 bags of salt. Also went beyond the job to take a look at our RO system, tested water quality and replaced cartridges with ones I provided. Advised against changing the membrane yet and said to review after an year. |Will definitely use them again in a year.

Description of Work: I thought john was great. He explained what our water softener was doing and did not try to upsell. He said our softener was working but it's old. He explained that we should be filling up about 3/4 of the way and if we run out of salt it wouldn't neccessarily break the system but we wouldn't have salt water.
