They came on time and they fix my problem not very long.

Taylor came out and checked my existing water softner system. Since installing a Water Maker reverse osmosis system I was always doubtful of the water quality because of the way the water looked. Taylor tested and reassured me that the water coming out of the system is working perfectly. He also noticed that my brine storage tank was all the way full of potassium pellets and he said this made the system less effective. He quoted me $150 to come back and clean out the brine tank and haul away the potassium rock built up inside. Kimberley back at the office got me a late appointment for the following Monday, August 11th.

My experience with this company has been great since the first call to come out for the service call. The young man that came out to check the system and found it to not be working was very professional and gave me a choice of fixing or replacement. I choice replacement of prices on both choices. The young lady that called to present y choice was professional and knew her stuff. After I made the decision on what I wanted they worked with me to get in as soon as possible. Since I am the sole person and work very long hours they worked with me and we found a solution to get all installed. I have also set up a maintenance plan and salt delivery plan with them. Everyone (5 different people) have are professional and know their stuff.. Can't say enough about this company.

They were punctual and professional, and they accurately diagnosed the problem with my water softener. Unfortunately, they advised against fixing the unit and actually recommended buying an entirely new one.

Van broke down on the way out for first appointment. Did make it out another day. The system was old and clogged so it didn't take long for him to make the conclusion that the system was not functioning. Testing of water wasn't much more than I already knew -- that we have hard water. My brother-in-law met him at the house for me and was told I would get an estimate to install a new system. I received the write up of his visit about 3 weeks after he was there, but never received an estimate for a new system.

The personable and professional provider tested the hardness of my water and initiated the water softener regeneration cycle. The only operational discrepancy was low salt level. As the final stop for the day, the provider was out of salt and thus offered to refund the entire cost of my Big Deal. The professionalism exhibited was exemplary. The offer to refund my Big Deal fee was unexpected and greatly appreciated. Many providers today are quick to take your money for minimal service. This provider reversed that paradigm and will be my "go-to" company for future water treatment needs.

The person who called was very helpful and professional, I just no longer needed the service. I gave an inital overall rating of B because we did not actually have service performed. She called me back promptly to ask what they could do to have the rating increased, and then called again a week later asking the same thing. I was hesitant to give an overall rating of A when I didn't actually have the service performed. I will go ahead and update the rating so as not to bring their cumulative rating down, but there isn't really any reason for me to rate at all. I would delete this entire rating if I could.

They really know what they're doing. They definitely knew what I needed and got it all set up. They are knowledgeable experts.

Moving into our new house, we knew there was a sulphurous smell, but thought it was because of an old hot water heater. Unfortunately, the problem was in the well water itself. After doing extensive research into possible solutions, we decided on a purification system. Doug, the tech from Texas Water Solutions Inc., was knowledgable, responsive, and helpful. He went the extra mile. Customer satisfaction, which seems almost non-existent in most big companies, seems a number one priority with Doug. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out and installed the system within 36 hours of my first contacting them. Robert came out to look at our situation and made a recommendation based on the size of home and the number of occupants. The system is operating exactly as described.

It went great! Robert was so nice and explained everything about the various systems and the warrantees. Based on my needs, I selected the appropriate softener. Within a day or so, I was contacted for install and the 2 young men showed up promptly. They were so courteous and skilled at what they were doing. The install went without a hitch. Although it has only been a few days, I'm very happy with the system and know it will be helping everything in my house last much longer (without having clogged pipes). The Puronics system has been around for a long time and is known for water softening. I am very comfortable I made the best choice, since there are so many companies to chose from for softeners. Robert called upon completion of the job to ensure I was happy. He is concerned with customer satisfaction and knows he has a great product. I am very pleased with the customer service.

The staff was very nice, but we determined that a general service would not help my water softener. I need to replace the system altogether because it is too small for my house. Therefore, I do not need the service I purchased, and I would like a refund. Thank you.

The Representative was on time. Very professional and knowledgeable. He performed the work quickly, efficiently and thorough.

Very good communication regarding scheduling. They called me to let me know they could come earlier than expected which worked out great. They were only here for about 15-20 minutes and had everything they needed to complete the job quickly. Left me with good instructions on follow-up.

Appointment between 10 and 11. Arrived around 10:50. Polite and right to work.

Had a leak in the output valve of my Sears water softener. I was hoping that with the checkup and a few bucks more the leak would be fixed, however a rough estimate to repair the leak plus replace other parts was in the 500.00 range. Vendor did try to steer me to a new water softener provided by their company. Cost estimate was 6-7K. Told them I would think about it. I did find out my water hardness was a 1.

I met with the owner (Robert) who was friendly and explained the options without any pressure. Great service. The technician arrived on time and completed the work/install as scheduled. I'm pleased with the water softener but there was no follow-up by Robert after install. It has now been 4 months and no one has called to follow-up to see how things are working (or not).

Doug did an excellent job as usual! Both devices replaced at no charge because they had been serviced before and did not perform to "TWS" standard.
