Technician arrived after dark and couldn't see much. Said he would check with Noritz (manufacturer) to see what part needed to be replaced and what the cost would be. Charged $129 for coming out and just texted me a quote the next day for a very upgraded new model for over $4000. No help at all.
Description of Work: Tankless water heater had error message code "66" bypass valve blocked but was still working -needed to have this investigated to see if valve should be replaced or system flushed

Company called me for details and asked that I send pictures of toilet. I sent pictures as instructed. He was going to check with the company of the toilet and see if he could get just the lid or get a new tank. He said he would call me on Monday. It's been two days and still no call. If he was really interested in the job he would call with an update. I now have a recommendation from a friend and they are sending out someone on the same day we called. That's service.
