Description of Work: Tore out old deck and rebuilt new one.

Description of Work: We have used them three times. The most recent service was the fall of 2012, before that it was the fall of 2011, and the first visit was the fall of 2008. In 2008 they replaced vinyl siding with stone veneer, they increased the footprint of the patio, they added a wheelchair ramp to our front porch including railing, they put in a flower bed, and they solved the drainage issue in the back of the garage by adding pavement to build up a curb and the garage has been dry ever since. They also installed a new front door and they painted two pieces of fence and the porch. In 2011 they refinished hardwood floors in two rooms, added matching floor in a third room, and they redid the kitchen with new countertops, dishwasher, rangehood, and sink. They had to work on some leveling of the house. They had to do a repair of a chimney. Water was standing under the house and they built a french drain. This included significant interior painting and wallpaper in a bathroom twice due to our fault because we chose poor wallpaper the first time. They retiled a bathroom shower stall. In 2012 they redid the remaining floors. They at that same point found someone to install a tankless water heater and Donald converted the old water heater closet into a pantry. They put on new gutters and he had to find a roof company as well. The cost above is for the most recent service.

Description of Work: They did our remodeling. They put in a stone siding, put in a wheel chair ramp; they did some electrical and concrete work. They did a lot of new porch railing and back step.
