+ -1 moreFirst we told L.S.C.S. that we needed it done as soon as possible. He told us he could not do it until the 23rd of April. We asked if there were any opening in his schedule would he keep us in mind. That same day we were contacted with a new date of April 21st which was great. They came totally on time and and worked very efficiently to get the job done. The guys were so polite and easy to work with on top of being very knowledgeable of their trade.
Description of Work: I needed to provide the folks buying my home documentation that the air conditioners had not only been serviced but that the inlet and outlet differential temps were between 15 degrees and 20 degrees. The buyer also wanted the differential temps before any work was done at all.

Description of Work: They performed a seasonal preventative maintence check on my 2 heat pumps. I was very happy with their services. I was quoted a price over the phone and was able to set up an appointment. They arrived exactly on time and were very professional and competent. Would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreEric was wonderful. He responded quickly, thoroughly explained the issue in "layman's" terms, and repaired the issue on the spot. He even gave me suggestions to avoid future problems and to promote efficiency. I have since referred Lone Star to several friends, all of whom were also very satisfied.
Description of Work: I called Lone Star based on a recommendation from a friend. I was in the process of closing on a house and needed a quick follow-up from a home inspection. They came out immediately, evaluated the inspector's concerns and quickly remedied the problem.
