Work remains incomplete as caps for the gate are still not present. Work was done and Kenny McDonald, Sr. paid in good faith in full but color not even close to bronze metallic as agreed to do. Painted a flat green color and was told to let it settle for 2 weeks (as if it was going to change). When I told him I was not satisfied with that, he told me to buy the paint and he would "make it right". From then on, he never answered my numerous phone calls, e mails and ignored a certified letter trying to contact him. I had to paint the fence myself and requested a fair refund of $300 to which he has ignored.

This is a multigeneration mom and pop company. They must take a great deal of pride in their work because they always showed up on time even though the process took several days (concrete has to dry, etc.). Their employees are their own; no day laborers or inexperienced crew members. With the power auger they were able to do the job very efficiently. The fence line is straight as an arrow despite its length. They even came back several days after I had paid them in full, to adjust the motored gate so it closes quicker.
