Easy to schedule service and did a good job.

This is a Fabulous company in every way. I had three rock work projects to be completed and the results of each were extraordinary. The gentlemen who did the rock work were true craftsmen as well as being very respectful and hard working. They even continued working in the rain one of the days they were here! I also appreciated the professionalism of Jenna (the vice-president) and Jonathan (operations manager/landscape designer). They communicated well with me and kept their word. On top of all this the price was very competitive. Five stars all the way!

Very professional and done on time stayed within parameters of original bid even after scope of work was increased. Communication was always prompt and friendly. We have hired them to perform ongoing maintenance work as well. Highly recommended

These clowns never bothered to ask me what I needed. They simply heard that I was 4 miles further than their limit OUTSIDE OF DRIPPING SPRINGS and wouldn't take the job. This is a COMPANY BASED IN DRIPPING SPRINGS!!!!! 4 MILES = 10 MINUTES FURTHER TO DRIVE. I'm near Martin and McGregor, they, "don't go past the post office." HA! The most wonderful part of this all is that I will probably find a company in Austin to drive all the way out here PAST their company.

Century employees arrive on time, in uniform, as a team, in a Century enclosed truck containing all of the equipment, and if you are home the account rep greets you to ask about any particular concerns. Their email system of communication is very efficient; ditto the billing arrangements which are all via email and a client portal. The invoice arrives the week after the service, so if there are any issues they can be resolved before you are billed. We have never had an issue with their work, as the workers seem happy and take pride in what they do. It is also refreshing that the add on services are very fairly priced. For example, our Bermuda grass needed aerating and the quote was less than what I would have paid to rent the machine and do it myself. We feel like a valued customer.

Jenna send me an email in December 2014 to check on the landscape. The landscape looked fine except for small bushes in the front of the yard that were purple color . I told them I would have preferred to have yellow flowers recommended to me instead of the purple leaves plants. Their email answer was "The Purple Pixie Loropetalum are the dwarf variety and only grow to be 2?x4? at their maturity which can take some time. If you do not like the aesthetics of this plant, we would be happy to replace them with a plant of your choice". December was winter. In March 2015, Century Lawn changed the purple plants for Texas Lantana plant with yellow flowers. I am very happy with the final outcome. I highly recommend Century Lawn and her professional owners Kyle and Jenna.

Was a bit difficult to schedule time wise bc of weather and other jobs but once job was scheduled, work was well done.

I purchased the $49.00 special for sprinkler check up. He found two sprinkler heads that needed replacing. I also asked his advice for plants that were shade and deer tolerant for a small flower bed and an estimate for doing the landscape planting and sprinkler head replacement. He appeared knowledgeable about plants and preparing beds for the plants. We agreed he would send me an estimate for both landscaping work and sprinkler heads replacement. He sent a really well thought out and professional plant suggestion with photos of two possible plants. I did not have him do the work because I thought his price for replacing the two sprinkler heads a little high since he had already diagnosed what was needed to be done on his visit for the $49.00 sprinkler "check up." I don't know if the landscaping project was reasonable as I had no other estimates to compare. It was very attractive. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I liked his plant suggestions and his presentation of the landscaping.

Easy to schedule with Jenna. Kyle came out on the original $49.00 Angie's List deal to evaluate the sprinkler system in our front and back yards. They were put in separately by two different vendors, so it actually is two completely different systems. Kyle was nice enough to evaluate 20 zones (I had incorrectly "guesstimated" closer to 10. Kyle prepare an estimate following his initial visit to replacing some broken nozzles and irrigation heads and to raise a few that had kind of been lost after some changes to landscaping and addition of mulch etc over the years. System is working great. His repairs are working wonderfully and I'd be happy to use them again.

Century Lawn & Landscape has been providing services for us- for a year now. Kyle and Jenna Caldwell, the owners, make a great team! Kyle comes out and gives the estimates and recommendations for the work we are interested in having done. While Jenna runs the billing and customer service. They are prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and very courteous! They have assisted with things such as yard maintenance- which includes mowing, edging, blowing- along with trimming back of bushes and trees. They have also done lawn irrigation work. My most recent large job was the installation of a drainage system in my front yard for heavy rainfalls. The work was accomplished in a day and works well. They have also assisted in diagnosing a diseased area of the front lawn. This was the first time in 5 years that someone got the diagnosis right and started the treatment to correct it. The lawn is starting to look very good as it fills in with healthy grass! Kyle and his team have also helped to re-route water run off, where erosion was occurring in a couple areas of our yard. I would highly recommend Century Lawn and Landscape- you can't go wrong with this team working to provide excellent services!!

I purchased an Angie's List Deal on a sprinkler system tune-up for my daughter. I was delighted with the price, and my daughter was pleased by the promptness, courtesy, and professionalism of the techs who so carefully checked and properly adjusted her lawn's irrigation system. The reason for a B rating on Price is because the cost for checking and adjusting her additional sprinkler zones was merely average, at best, and not particularly good. As for the B rating on Responsiveness, it is due to the fact that my daughter is still waiting for an estimate on some further work that Century promised to provide . . . more than 2 weeks ago. These minor disappointments notwithstanding, I must say clearly that Century Lawn & Landscape gives good service, and we expect to use them again. ,

I took off work and they emailed me 20 mins before the appointment saying they were going to miss the scheduled time. I canceled the deal and requested a refund from Angie's List.

Excellent communication with timely response and careful bidding. Bids came with detailed information on plants that would be used. All work completed in a timely manner with no mess was left behind. I have been using Century Lawn & Landscape since June 2014. Our property is over 1 acre. The company has several maintenance plans that one can choose. I signed up for The Works Maintenance Package, because it gives me piece of mind that my yard always looks good. I have been very satisfied with Kyle and his team. If Kyle sees anything that he feels needs my attention he lets me know, even if it has nothing to do with landscaping. As in the case of a septic system drip line that was inadvertently punctured. (Let's just say my husband and a pitch fork were involved...) This fall, I had Kyle spread wildflower seeds and install a path made of decomposed granite in my backyard. Kyle's wife, Jenna, handles the phone calls, emails, & billing, among other things. She is very quick to return my emails & phone calls. If I need to talk to Kyle or leave a message for him, it doesn't take long for me to hear back from Kyle. I am extremely satisfied with Century Lawn & Landscape!

Wonderful! We have a yard with a mix of grass, gravel, succulents and trees. They take care of it all and even rake the gravel so it looks wonderful!
