+ -1 moreThe work was great at first. Then the owner Byron Benoit sold the business to his cousin Frank somebody. The new owner refused to finish the services that were contracted for and said that the only way we were going to get anything out of him was to go to court. He did try to coerce the builder into assuring him that if the builder gave him the work for all the wells in the development then he might complete the work on the two wells started by the prior owner (there was another lot that had the well drilled by the company when Mr. Benoit owned it.) Also the new owner refused to honor the agreed upon price obtained in the contract from the original company owner and tried to leverage additional money from the builder. The new owner is in my opinion based on his business practices completely disreputable.
Description of Work: They drilled a water well for us at the lot where we are building our new house.
