All Valley Pools

I will not use them again. I will not let anybody else use them. They took my money. They never came back. There was no follow-up. They are not the type of business people that we would want to do business with. They knew the problem. We had emailed them and they were constantly saying that they have problems. We were waiting to get the reports from them. They refused to come back and they refused to go to arbitration with us, which was in the contract. We are not defacing or degrading them anyway, we are just telling the absolute truth. Everything we say we can back up. It would be best if they find another builder. It is a nightmare to work with them. They are the smoothest people we would ever meet in our life when they come first time in the house. It is our opinion and we have the facts. Anybody who would like to see their facts are more than welcome, if they are in the area to get with us. They left our pool undone. The lowest bid to fix our pool was $20000. We paid them $40000 something. The people do not deserve what they would do to them. I do not believe they are better; they just change names. They just change names from one owner to another, which is in the family.

They come consistently every week, although not always on the same day of the week, and clean the pool and adjust to chemical levels. The price of the chemicals is included in the monthly price, which I think is a good deal and it is nice to have my bill be the same month after month.

I notified them the second week of July. It took them until the next week to first come and diagnose the problem. That part of the story is fine, except no price estimate given. Then they ordered a part and when they put it in it did not work right. They came back, goofed around some to know avail. Finally they fixed it, about 7 weeks after first asking them! I could have done it myself, and have in the past, but thought that I would save time!
