+ -1 moreThe yard no long floods, and I actually have grass growing! Well worth the price. I look forward to continuing to make improvements to the yard. Prior to this work, the drainage system was not performing as expected, the gutters overflowed due to clogging, the back yard flooded every time it rained, and the grass would not grow. Great improvement to the property.
Description of Work: Replaced drainage system in yard, rerouted the gutters off the roof to the drains for a much better flow; leveled the entire back yard (large area), building up the low spots by adding dirt, removed trees, stumps and shrubs, as well as trimmed existing trees, and planted all new grass.

+ -1 moreHe did a really nice job! It went really smooth. He did this work last year. He took care not to damage my grass. He was very clean. I would use him again for other work.
Description of Work: He built my whole back paver patio. He dug up the grass, put the rebarbs in it, put the concrete in, put in the stones and then the mortar. He then made a nice edge around it. He put the lighting around my patio and ran the gas line for my fire pit as well.
