TEXAS DOOR COMPANY

Company came out and took deposit for new doors 60%. Ordered wrong size and never showed up again. Will not return calls or text messages and will not refund money. Seeking legal help now. Do not hire this company. They are scumbags and deserve to be locked up for doing this to me and other people and I hope ill will falls upon them for doing such shameful deeds.

I called 3 different door company's and Texas door was the most reasonable. They walked me through it with patient's, and I know my questions were probably silly. They treated me with respect my husband even wanted them to stay longer because they were a joy to be around. I could not be happier with the result's I highly recommend them, very nice and professional work.

Called to request price and installation for a new garage door. Was asked to pay 60% to order the door but was told it would be cheaper to pay in full (their fee to process my payment) so we did. Promised a door would be installed by the end of the week but delays came up and they did not arrive until the following week. No installation or warranty information was provided as requested. Have reached out to the owner and called SEVERAL times and get nothing but promises to bring these documents by. Now they just ignore my calls and text messages. I have no assurance that the door was installed to windstorm requirements and I have no information on my warranty. These people do not return any calls. They only respond by text and only when they want to, otherwise it's nothing. If I had to do it again, I would not go with this company. I think they work out of their home and have no professional experience at all.

I hired Texas Door Company to replace a garage door. The owner Stephanie came out with an employee named Nik to give me an estimate. I told them I would think it over. I decided to go with them so Stephanie and Nik came back. They asked for 60% down to order the door. They said the door would be ordered and arrive quicker if I paid the down payment in cash. Looking back this should have been a red flag but at the time I had no reason to doubt them because I picked their name up from Angie's List. So I signed a contract with Texas Door Company signed by Stephanie and I paid them $700. The door was suppose to arrive in 2 1/2 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and I have no door and no one will return my calls from this company. This week I will begin pursuing legal action against this company.

Apart from one schedule change every thing went great.

I called this company from Angie's List. He called me back promptly, told me he could go out the next day, and offered to call my tenant to setup the appt with him directly. Turns out some sensor was out, he readjusted it, and all is well now. He also billed me via mail which makes my life so much easier because a lot of service companies want a check on the spot which is not easy with tenant occupied properties. Easy to deal with!

Kenny returned my called quickly and stopped by to give an estimate for installation of two double garage doors. His prices were very reasonable and he explained the warranties and the advantages of the vinyl door. The installation was scheduled as soon as the doors was available and Kenny was right on time. He took off the old doors, loaded them in his truck and hauled them off. He did an excellent job, cleaned up all the mess and left the garage in tip top shape.

Their prices were quite reasonable and they explained how lubricating the springs and hinges keeps them from rusting and breaking. The repair was scheduled on the spot and the repairman was well prepared. He unloaded his tools and did a real good job leveling the doors and he didn't leave any mess.

Texas Door did a super job. We've had no problems since they did the new installation. They came out one day and analyzed what was wrong and they fixed it on the following day. We made an appointment for them to come back out and they came when they said they would and we were very pleased.

He was considerate and polite, and he left me his card for future repairs.
