TAYLOR MADE FLOORS

Description of Work: I used Taylor Made Floors to the flooring in my living room. I had a friend who was suppose to do the work, so I had already bought the flooring and everything. I had already tore the carpet up, half-way done some painting, and several other things when I decided that the time-frame she had was not going to work because it was not getting done the way we had discussed. So, I called Taylor Made Floors and they told me that they would not be able to get to it until August or September, which was not really acceptable either, so I just said OK thank you and hung up. The next day, the owner, I believe, called me and said that he could not do the work but he had a man who worked for him that would be glad to have the work because he was going on vacation and this worker would like to have something to do that week. So, he came did my floors, finished the painting, and some other things that I needed done.

Description of Work: Robert Taylor salvaged an engineered oak floor that had mis-milled flooring and severe gaps. He and his crew arrived on time, met their commitments, and the work was excellent. I would highly recommend them. D. Outler 16520 Space Center, Houston 77058.
