Watch out!!! Richard A. Smith and South Coast Windows and Doors stole my $3700 deposit and never installed my windows (and stopped returning calls shortly after getting the deposit in hand. They came out and measured and gave the sales pitch just like other reputable window companies. We signed a contract and I paid a $3700 deposit for them to purchase windows. Windows were supposed to be installed within 4-6 weeks. Richard and South Coast stopped returning calls at the 4 week mark and never ordered the windows. Watch out - this is a complete scam!
Description of Work: Replacement window installation. Services never performed (despite receiving payment).
