I was very happy with them and I called them back to do some more work. They did a great job on both. They were in quick and they were out quick. I thought that the price was reasonable because it was heavy and it took them probably about an hour to do both. It was two guys who did the work. They gave me a little advice on my other light problems. I have other electrical issues that I need them to take care of.

They did a great job. I am calling today to have them come back out and install a new light fixture for me. Plan on using them exclusively in the future.

Electrician showed up too early for the appointment to a residential house that is not currently occupied. Left before we got to the property. Appointment time was 10-12, left before 10:20am. Called and someone in the background was using the F word and other profanities. Extremely unprofessional. I ignored the comments coming from the background on the call and tried to discuss the issues needing to be fixed. Stated they would send over a quote later in the day, never received and did not act like they wanted to perform the work I called for. Actually kept referring to other things that would be more costly and not my responsibility, since this is a condo property. I called to discuss with the Maintenance company and they stated simply the electrical for the entire unit is up to code, they have had 2 different electricians look at it and since the building shifts, it is better it is not connected. I have made my decision to go with another company.

Two technicians came to do the job. They did it in less than a day. They did an excellent job and were very nice. They were also very helpful. They did it for exactly the price that they quoted and included a senior discount.

I chose ProLectric because it had the most competitive estimate, and everything turned out well for the most part. The gentleman did thorough work, was highly competent, and successfully resolved the problem. The only issue was that I ended up paying quite a bit of money. Specifically, I paid a 49.00 dispatch fee in addition to the gentleman's hourly rate, and I felt as though the dispatch fee should have been folded into the final cost of the service.

This is the fifth time I have used Prolectric and I have decided I will use no one else. Every repair, every improvement, every addition they have made for me has gone perfectly. They are always on time, always highly competent, friendly, professional, and very competitive in pricing. Their phone customer service is as good as it gets in the business world. I simply cannot convey how much I respect and appreciate having this company to call on for my electrical needs, and I found them thru Angie's List.

They scheduled us for service the day after I called & would have squeezed us in the same day if it was convenient for us. Jimmy called before arriving early, did a thorough inspection and said there was no charge. We expected to at least pay for the service call & couldn't believe it. Couldn't be happier all around with ProLectric. This is our 2nd experience with ProLectric & I can't recommend them highly enough. Don't hesitate to call them.

ProLectric came out and assessed the job, gave us a quote which we agreed on, and started and completed the work that same day. I was impressed with there craftsmanship and professionalism. This is the 2nd time ProLectric has helped us out, and both times they did great work.

WOW! Great service at reasonable prices! We had two lights go out after our hot water pipe burst. The Prolectric electrician, Josh, was polite, knowledgable, friendly and got the job done FAST. He called an hour before he was scheduled to come out. We had lose wires and a hot wire for the two fixtures that weren't working. He fixed that in no time at all. He also replaced an old closet light fixture and fixed a wall outlet. I couldn't be happier with the service. I would DEFINITELY recommend Prolectric.

The issue with the power was a loose wire instead of a breaker. They had to trouble shoot and pull nearly half the outlets in my house out to find it. I thought $223 was expensive, but told myself that I was paying for convenience. no one else was available on a Friday afternoon. They corrected that issue. As for the two outlets that had gone out. he said it was a bad GFI and would cost $89 to change out. That was ridiculous, the part is $15 at Home Depot so I told them I would do it myself. Which I did and it is not the GFI outlet. thank god I did not have them replace it. I will call someone else out to check that issue. After they left I started moving furniture back from them checking plugs and found several plugs that they did not put back in the wall. And in the bedroom where they fixed the wire, there was a 5 inch piece of wire and all kinds of debris. Extremely unprofessional. Will not have them in my house again and am posting on "My Neighborhood" so all my neighbors know as well.

It was great. They came out the same day I called and had everything fixed in two days. I will definitely call them when needed.

It went very well. This is the 4th time I have used Prolectric, both for repairs and improvements, and I will use them for all of my electrical needs in the future. They have great customer service, rapid response times, very professional, very competent, friendly, and reasonably priced. I could not ask for more.

My husband called Prolectric to come out to the house to work on our electrical wiring in the Master Bathroom being remodeled. On the day of the appointment; they called an hour before their arrival to confirm they were on their way. Two gentlemen arrived and introduced themselves; they were very courteous and professional. I showed them the attic, bathroom and panel box and they got right to work. They were quick and efficient and once completed they gave me a full description of what they had done. I was very satisfied that my bathroom had working lights again!!! My husband and I would definitely call Prolectric for any electrical projects that we have in the future.

Josh came out to give me the initial estimate. He was very professional and friendly and I requested he come back to do the work. He arrived on time, did an excellent job and told me if I had any problems he would come back. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness and would highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with this provider and the way service was handled. I think ProLectric provided the kind of service most homeowners look and hope for when hiring a contractor. The electrician was honest and professional as well as experienced in his work. He answered all my questions and he also checked for and verified prices. After the new light fixtures were installed, he carefully tested them and went over the operating instructions with me. We are so pleased we chose ProLectric and Mr. Mark Neisig for our electrical work and will certainly call on this provider again, if needed.

Richard did a great job. He also helped me narrow down my choice of replacement lighting so I'll be sure to call Prolectric again to install those fixtures.

Josh & Mark worked together to locate and fix an open neutral in our kitchen circuit, which interrupted our refrigerator outlet, kitchen light, ceiling fan and other outlets. They traced it to a receptacle on the other side of the kitchen and put everything back in service in good time. Both were very professional and responsive to our questions. They also listened to our requests for future work and offered sound recommendations to meet our needs. A solid team. Thank you!

Troubleshooted issues as 2-man team. Worked well together. Picked up after themselves. Made sure they explained how everything was working/not working and how it should work. Worked around furniture/bedding. Very happy with service.

Their price is fair and they do exactly what they state they will do in the time frame they commit to. Most importantly, if something does come up, they address it immediately.

Replaced kitchen flourescent light fixature, installed outside ceiling fan and evaluated existing bathroom exhaust fan.

They were on time, completed the job with very little mess, and they stayed to the estimate price that was given to us - which is amazing!!! Most places will go beyond their estimates with all kinds of hidden costs, but not Prolectric!!! They had to cut a whole in the drywall to get the wiring completed. We didn't have a clue to how we were going to get that bit taken care of. One of the guys mentioned a few suggestions to getting the drywall put up that would save us some money and if we put in some lighting under our kitchen cabinets that could brighten up the counters. I get to use my electric oven the same day they were finished with the installation. Definitely recommend them to others!!!!
