It was great, my husband was really impressed.

Talked to Jimmy to who gave us first available service. They did a professional installation with thorough clean-up, using top rated Square D products.

The installation was quick and professional. The installer noted that the ceiling fan bracket installed by the builder was not very robust, but after checking the weight of the ceiling fans determined that it was fine and no additional charge was necessary. We did find out after the installation that one of the glass globes was cracked, and it appeared to be a crack that came from over tightening of the retaining bolt. When we reported this to the office, they were very apologetic and requested the information on the ceiling fan model. They found a replacement globe and had it shipped to us at no cost to us. We were very pleased with how they promptly dealt with this problem and with their courteous and professional approach. We will definitely be using Prolectric again in the future when we need to have electrical work performed.

I really like this company. This was my second time hiring them. I met Jimmy at my first appointment who gave me the original quote, walked around my home with me, and offered recommendations. Both times that I've had installers at my house, they have been respectful and professional. They clean up after themselves and always make sure I'm comfortable with the work before they leave. Their prices have beat every other electrical company that's been out by at least 20%.

Richard was the electrician. He showed up promptly, evaluated the job and gave us an estimate. He went to work and completed the job in an efficient manner and did very neat work. Richard obviously knew what he was doing and he completed the jb in a timely fashion. He also caught code violations in the previous wiring and corrected them, bringing the wiring up to code. We will use Prolectric again as the need arises. It is a comfort knowing an electrician that is competent and who does not gouge you on the price of the work. I recommend Prolectric to anyone who needs electrical work done, especially Richard.

Tino called early in the day and said it looked like he could come at an earlier time than originally scheduled if that was okay with me. I said sure thing and he said he'd be there in 30 minutes. He was. He first looked at the outside breaker and also the home run outlet in the master bedroom. At that point, he gave me the different pricing for the breaker to be replaced or diagnosing the outlets in the room one by one if needed and the cost for that. After unwinding the home run outlet connections behind the outlet cover, the breaker no longer tripped. He measured the load from everything being on in the room and it was only 4 amps versus the 20 amp breaker. He left everything running for a good period of time and then gave me my options. In my case, the contact on the home run at the panel was not good and he fixed that. I've had no problems in the four days since and would definitely use this company again. Thanks Angie's List!!

The technician was scheduled to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. At 9:30, he called to let me know that he was on his way and would arrive in 10 to 15 minutes. When he arrived I showed him what I needed, which was a 20 amp outlet installed in a spare bedroom. I also needed a new breaker installed and a dedicated wire ran between the two. He verified the information off of the appliance and then called to get a second opinion from a colleague to verify that he was correct in his assessment of the equipment and wiring he needed to install. The installation took about two and a half hours and was done very professionally. After completing the job, he showed me that the voltage was correct at the outlet and plugged in the appliance. We verified that it worked correctly. He then took me outside to show me the exterior installation. He had installed the new breaker and labeled the breaker-map on the panel. He had ran new external conduit and had sealed the entry point into the attic. The installation looked very good. He also secured the conduit to the exterior brick to keep it from being moved or broken. He was very professional and provided a very good installation. He was polite and friendly. I will definitely consider this company again for my future electrical needs. I will note that I did not rate the pricing because I did not obtain other bids. Since I'm not sure what others would charge, I didn't think it would be fair to provide a rating for this.

ProLectric ran a new dryer circuit. This included running wire, installing a new wall outlet, and installing a new circuit breaker. Richard was exactly on time. He listened carefully to what I wanted and performed all service quickly, efficiently and correctly. He cleaned up after he was done and left no mess. All was correct when he left.

I have used ProLectric before for more extensive work and was very happy so I called them again. Richard, one of their technicians, came as scheduled in the afternoon. I showed him the jobs. I also asked his opinion on whether I needed to do some additional electrical work and he advised against it as unnecessary. He gave me a price for the jobs. I accepted it and he immediately left to get parts. Richard returned in about an hour and replaced the ballast in my workshop and the fluorescent bulbs in my kitchen. He said he would have to find the diffuser panels and would get back with me the next day. He called me the next morning and said he had the panels and could stop by and install them. I was home so he did. Again I was very happy with their service.

They removed both old fans, assembled the two new ones, & installed the new ones. Bedroom install was pretty standard, but living room was installed from a ceiling of over 20 feet high. Did an excellent job. The two men were both personal, & professional. Total clean up afterward, & disposed of old fans.

Prolectric is one of the most outstanding service companies that I have ever hired. Jimmy Bankston, Co-Owner, came out to estimate the work and offer solutions to our exterior lighting needs. I interviewed 2 other Electrical service companies in addition to Prolectric. I insisted on written bids and explanations of the work from each. Prolectric was not the least expensive, but I felt more confident in Jimmy's suggested service so we hired him. I spoke to Kathy Bankston, Co-Owner, who was equally pleasant and knowledgeable. She scheduled the work and their crew arrived promptly at the time agreed. The Professional Electrician, Johnny, arrived on time and began work immediately. He installed as many lights as possible (we had 10) until it got dark. Johnny was polite, well dressed, and very intelligent. AlvinOnce the work was completed, one of the light switches malfunctioned (no fault of Prolectric). Jimmy and Kathy were responsive and worked us into their busy schedule to replace the faulty switch. Johnny replaced it within 10 minutes and it works fine. Prolectric is an upstanding company owned by an honest family! They employ top notch electricians who are courteous and knowledgeable. It went very well each time. Once I had to go quickly to the grocery store to change the watts of the light bulbs while the electrician was installing the fixtures and he didn't mind. A different person came each of the three times and everyone of them was considerate and easy to work with. All of them offered to take the old fixtures and the boxes for the new ones and disposed of them. That was helpful! These electricians and the contact people for the company are all efficient and considerate. After each service the company mailed me a request to evaluate their service went and I intended tom but did not send them back. I think their services for me each went as well as any could. I hope I am getting this information in to you on time as I know this company is seeking a outstanding rating from Angie's List. They came and did as I asked and finished the job with no time waste each time I called them and In my opinion, they do deserve an outstanding rating. They will be the first people I call for any electrical service and I highly recommend them.,

Tino showed up on time. Was friendly but business like. I liked that. He searched in multiple area's to identify the problem. Once identified he explained the issue and what my options were. He was not afraid of too much work, in other words, he was not lazy and seemed eager and determined to find the culprit. I was able to bounce other ideas off of him and he took the time to listen.

When I called to get an estimate, I spoke with Jimmy Bankston, and he scheduled my estimate for the next day. He came on schedule and gave me an estimate and answered all my questions. I had a very comfortable feeling dealing with Jimmy and he was very professional. After I got the estimate I discussed the estimate with my wife and within an hour after Jimmy left, we called and spoke with Kathy and scheduled the replacement of the Circuit Breaker box for the next week. The next day I thought of another question and called Kathy and asked her to have Jimmy give me a call. He called later in the day and at my request made the work order a little more specific than the original write up. This did not change the scope of the work, but just made it more explicit as to what was exactly going to be done. Johnny arrived on schedule to do the work and worked through lunch to get the circuit breaker box installed so we would have power back on that day. Johnny is very easy to work with and did a very professional job. The job was completed on schedule and on-estimate. I will use this contractor for all my electrical needs in the future.

fine job on adding outlet in dressing area; tried two or three new switches for outdoor light and fan but none would work because of nuvo overall control system, so restored to original ones, track lighting problem was a bad removable fixture -- told me where i could buy it and save money

The two gentlemen who came to my house were punctual and very professional. Based on this visit, I would definitely use them again.

Tino called ~30 minutes before arriving and arrived on time. He immediately went to work and gave me a quote on the required work. He worked quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with an outside GFI and he determined the problem and resolved it quickly. He did an excellent job on all the work and was very friendly, polite and professional. I asked for a quote for can lights in the kitchen which he gave me before leaving. I also got a quote for another outside GFI. I was pleased and impressed with the work that was done. I will use them in the future for any work done.

They determined that it was loose wiring. It was a little expensive but I do not regret spending the money because it was quality work.

Overall, I am very pleased with the work ProLectric did. They came out on Tuesday to quote the job and scheduled our job for Wednesday. They were late, but they did call to let us know they were running late. They finished up the job quickly. My only criticism is that I wish they had cleaned up the dry wall bits on the floor from a hole that they made to access the wiring. However, the debris on the floor is a very small issue and will not prevent me from using them in the future. We will likely be using ProLectric to change out our electric panel in the very near future.

1. Owner personally met net day for initial meeting to discuss scope of work & provide estimate. 2. Crew of 2 was on time, professional, careful in work, efficient. Required 7 hours. 3. A week after electrical work a separate A/C contractor when installing a new A/C specified a larger circuit breaker for A/C and Prolectric returned to replace breaker without charge. 4. Very pleased with no complaints.

Great. They fixed my problem in 15 minutes!!!!! Highly recommend them.
