My experience was excellent from my first call to the end of service installation.

All of my upstairs ceiling mounted lights and fans stopped working. I thought it was going to be a huge problem getting them fixed because all of the wiring to each of these lights and fans are run through conduit buried in the concrete walls of my house. I called Prolectric at around 11 AM and was told they's have someone out around 2PM. Around 12 noon I got a call from the electrician saying he would be here in about an hour. Jose and his apprentice Lance showed up about 1 PM and started troubleshooting after I explained what was gon on. Within the hour they had found and fixed the problem. It turns out that the flooring contractors who installed new upstairs flooring had caused some vibrations near a terminal strip causing some of the wires to come loose. I was extremely pleased with how quickly they w er e able to find and fix the problem. I will definitely use them again and will be sure to request Jose and Lance.

Arrived on time, Installation took minimal time. Demonstrated how they work. Family feels safer having added the lights.

Prolectric was prompt with the estimate and showed up when they said they would. The electrician who installed the new panel was professional, prompt and friendly. We are very pleased with Prolectric and will call them the next time we need any electrical work to be performed. :)

The electrician was very punctual and knowledgeable. They very quickly replaced the plugs. We will use them again!

He checked switches, told me how many amps were being produced and helped figure out what was wrong.

Hard job done very well. Trench work involved resolutions to multiple problems, all addressed very ably. Very nice work!

Everything with this project was going great until the day of the install. On the morning of the install, the owner called and left a message that the crew was on their way and that he wanted to make sure I had the electricity temporarily disconnected by our electricity provider. This was a complete and total surprise to me; something the owner nor anyone else with the company communicated to me that it was the responsibility as the homeowner. After calling our electrical provider to try to get it disconnected as soon as possible that same day, we were told they might be able to get to it that same day but that there were no promises and that such requests should be requested at least 2-3 business days in advance of the disconnect date. When I later conveyed this to the owner, Jimmy, he first said he told me that it was my responsibility at the time he provided the estimate, which to the best of my knowledge, he did not. It was not stated in any email nor on the estimate that it was the home owner's responsibility to have the electrical service temporary disconnected. When I would not take responsibility for the mess up he simply said he would call his crew back that he was not going to do the project and hung up. The bottom line here is that if it is the responsibility of the home owner to have the electricity disconnected it should be provided clearly in writing to the customer either on the estimate or in the confirmation email. The owner was very unprofessional in not taking responsibility for the mistake and for walking away from the project.

My experience definitely deserves an A rating. The technician was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He answered every question I had. I would definitely recommend ProLectric!!

These guys were very knowledgeable and prompt. They can to the job sight, we discussed what we were wanting/needing. This was a large job and they had to work around some of the remodeling that was going on at the same time. The guys that did the actual work were very knowledgeable, very respectful to us and to the house they were working in. I would work with these guys again in a heart beat.

This work was for our vacation home in Galveston. Prolectric arrived on time with 4-man crew. 2 electricians replaced breaker panel while other 2 began installation of additional lighting. All work went as expected and I was pleased with their professionalism. We went out for dinner and when we returned the external flood was off. We had specified a dusk-to-dawn LED fixture for an additional price but a motion activated light was installed. I called the next day and an electrician came out but the fixture installed could not be set for dusk-to-dawn. He promised to get the correct fixture and come back to swap it out in a couple of days which was OK with me. I have not been back to check if the fixture has been installed. If not, I will revise this review.

FANTASTIC! Both times we have used Prolectric, the workmen have been very knowledgeable and HONEST! They gave great advice on some further work we wanted done. They are always punctual and professional.

1. Installation of ceiling fan in bedroom went well. Electrician disposed of existing fan and light fixture and cleaned up the area. 2. Installation of new dusk to dawn light in front of the house went well, but operated only one night. Electrician was called and he will return Monday, 9/21/2015 to check out the problem. Hoping that the problem can be resolved because I do like the light. 3. Installation of new dusk to dawn light in the backyard was not fully completed. Floodlight was mounted, but does not presently work because of possible faulty underground wiring and breaker switch. Installation not completed. Disappointing that we still don't have an operating floodlight in our backyard.

I was very satisfied; not only with the job that was done but also with the courtesy, respect and high standard of professionalism with which the owner and his employees conducted themselves. I couldn't have hired a better bunch of people and I will refer my neighbors and friends to them in the future.

Personel all very professional. Although the problem was a simple fix and did not require much time, we expected to pay for a service call. To our surprise THERE WAS NO CHARGE! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PR, A COMPANY I WILL USE AND RECOMMEND IN THE FUTURE.

They worked to accommodate my schedule. The work was completed as quoted within the time proposed. The work was professional and the workspace was left clean. I would use ProLectric again without reservation and would recommend them to my friends and family.

I called to set up estimate appointment. Kathy was super nice and helpful. Jimmy came out to look at the house and give an estimate. He was great and gave me some options. Really nice and personable guy. Johnny came out, right on time, to do the install. Once again, great guy. Did the job quickly, showed me how to make any adjustments, etc. Lights are working perfectly. If you want great electrical work done, CALL THESE GUYS !!!! They are the best !

It went great, as usual. The electrician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, obtained the needed part and returned to install it within the hour. It is now working great. I have used Prolectric about a dozen times for repairs and new installations over the past 2 years and every experience has been positive. They are always punctual, the price is reasonable, the work is done professionally and completely, and the electricians are friendly, experienced and quick. I use Prolectric for all of my electrical needs.

They arrived on time and changed the ballast out on one if the fixtures . It didn't take long.,light works great now.
