Description of Work: Tech's tone was condescending and smirk. I felt I was being bullied by a used car salesman. He called his boss to get permission to complete repairs (replace breaker), he said because my house is old.

Description of Work: Replaced two breakers in breaker box, as well as a GFI outlet below breaker box. There was also a wire that had a short due to the pipe that it was running through coming apart. He rewired it to the breaker box as well as fixed the pipe. Put a new cover on the GFI outlet too to protect from elements.
