Johnny and his team did a wonderful job for us! Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Overall very satisfied with the work. Construction is a difficult task, especially with remodels. There are always unknowns and sometimes surprises. Johnny was very fair and upfront on potential unknowns and we discussed a plan to work through them. If they make a mistake on the project, they made it right... no question. If I wanted to make a change, they did it. If there was a cost impact to the project from my change we talked about it, got a price on it and moved ahead. They were always very accommodating and helpful with ideas. Johnny and his teams did a great job with collaborating with owners from the quote, to design phase and all the way through construction, ensuring safety and quality along the way, even during a pandemic. The project included building a vaulted ceiling/roof and tile work on top of an existing concrete slab. The main features of the patio include a gas fireplace, stone accent wall and sitting bench, ceiling fan, water connection for outdoor appliances, and additional power outlets. Johnny remained a high level of customer service through the 2.5 month period from initial contact through completed project. On rare occasion, homeowners needed to bring some matters up with Johnny regarding subcontractors. In each case he resolved the issues within 24 hours. (The 4-month delay in writing this review was to ensure no quality issues arose; none have, which speaks to the high quality of craftsmanship.)

New Image Remodel Is an awesome company! I had a dream kitchen in my head and Johnny with New Image Remodels made it a reality. Johnny removed walls in my pass through kitchen, poured concrete and added beams giving me a 22x18 Kitchen!, a 4x8 island with 12 drawers and three cabinets, a 6x6 walk in pantry, a 6x6 Laundry room. His crew installed wood look porcelain floors throughout house, barn doors, custom cabinets and shelves, new lighting, new drywall, and they painted all but bedrooms and bathrooms. They installed a new tiled walk in shower and glass doors and after it was all done he sent a cleaning crew to the house. This was all done in less than 3 months. Johnny and his crew were so easy to work with, they were respectful and always thoughtful and cautious with us having a little one in the house. The quality of work done on every single thing they did was 100% perfect. I couldn’t be any happier with this company, they made my dream kitchen come true!

It started out just replacing 23 windows in house that I just bought. They did such a great work that I asked them to do more. They replaced all the exterior doors, ripped off all the sidings and replaced it and painted it, painted the entire exterior of my house, also painted the interior of my house. they were very helpful in searching and helping me out for some other problems inside my house, they found an electrical problem and they fixed it.They also did some concrete work in my patio. I was very comfortable working with them , they were not trying to up sell, I was very pleased with the them and I trust them.

It was great. They did a great job, they did exactly what I wanted, they arrived on time and I don't have any complaints at all.

Since Hurricane Harvey, we have worked with several contractors. None of them were as professional or high quality as New Image Remodeling. Johnny Flores has a great company and a solid team working for him. New Image Remodeling came in, gave me a bid, and together we set a timetable for the repair work. They arrived early every day and were finished by the time we arrived home. (Most other contractors showed up between 10am-2pm and worked throughout our dinners. It was hard sharing home life with them.) When they ran into a plumbing issue, he explained the issue fully and gave a good price for the extra work that was needed. There work was impeccable, and they always cleaned up after themselves. There were no major delays during the work schedule. They said it would take 2-3 weeks, and it took exactly that. Most other contractors needed at least twice their quoted time. They re-tiled the bathroom shower, repainted the bathroom, and replaced the baseboard. They also replaced the bathroom fan. I honestly kept waiting for the other shoe to fall, but it never did. Day in and day out, they exceeded our expectations. I would be happy to work with New Image Remodeling again, and I would recommend them to anyone. They reconstructed our bathroom shower. It looks beautiful now!

Johnny and his team were great. They did an excellent job, completed it quickly and professionally. Will definitely hire them again.
