Jim, Gary, and the Manning Masonry team were a pleasure to work with. They provided trustworthy guidance on our repair options and performed quality work. Even though our repairs required more work than initially expected (due to damage behind the masonry), Manning Masonry held to the bid price provided. We would definitely hire Jim, Gary, and the Manning Masonry team again in the future should we ever have another masonry issue arise.

Have not had them do the work yet but we will.

Mr. Manning was pleasant and apologetic after missing our first appointment. When I called him, he came out that afternoon. He seemed very knowledgeable, but the quote seemed high to me for the amount of work being done.

We had a difficult time finding a contractor to do such a small masonry job. I was glad to find Manning Masonry mentioned while reading another Angie's List review for another contractor. (They had ended up using Manning and loving them.) Manning was professional and responsive from the time we first contacted them. We are very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Manning Masonry is a small, family-owned and operated masonry company that has been in business for many years (the grandfather originally started the company). They are honest, reliable and hard-working and their quality of work is second to none. Their pricing is very reasonable and we would not hesitate for a second to use them again. We just can't say enough positive things about our experience with Manning Masonry. From the initial visit to assess the brick defects, to the estimate, to the completion of the job, everything was 100% PERFECT. Gary was punctual in arriving at our home to do the work and was very accommodating in working with our schedule to complete the job in a very timely manner. Just a great experience all the way around (so refreshing these days when so many of the contractors could seem to care less). A++++

I just love companies like this....small businesses who make our community better! Mr. Manning and his son are very professional and polite people. The company arrived on time to replace a few bricks that had cracked above our garage. They were able to complete the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

Manning Masonry Co were excellent. They had to do some specialty brick work and they were quite good, they were outstanding. Matching brick and everything, they were real good. I would highly recommend them. They were very good at what they did, they explained everything, they matched brick for us, you couldn't tell the old brick from the new and they showed up when they said they would. They were very cordial and nice and we were pleased with them. The price was fair. The father came down one time and did a bunch of stuff and then the son came, they are in business together and we like them both very much.

Mr. Manning's son Gary and a helper arrived on time the following week and in a professional, friendly and careful manner proceeded with the job of removing and replacing the window lintel along with removing and replacing bricks above and to the left side of the window. Afterwards, they cleaned up the job site and brick work when they were done. They subcontracted out the caulk work to a very nice and friendly individual. All parties answered my questions to my satisfaction and did not mind when I observed them perform their work. They did an excellent job and I have already highly recommended them to my neighbors.
