I contacted King of Solar Screens on a Wednesday and, as promised, the owner Randy came out 3 days later on a Saturday. He gave me a quote, took the doors and, again as promised, was back 2 days later with my doors re-screened and ready to hang (which he also did). Randy was extremely polite, efficient and thorough. I am extremely satisfied with King of Solar Screens and will definitely use them again in the future.

Service was excellent. Very professional work. Had my new screen in no time. Will be the only person I call when I need more work done.

Everything went great. Randy came out to measure and quote the work and was right on time, knowledgable and professional in every way. He scheduled installation one week later and despite of a lot of bad weather in between kept that appointment and again was right on time. He installed the screens and the colonial divided panes in the screens matched the windows perfectly. It's rare today to find a business that actually cares about customer service and Randy at King of Screens definitely does.

This is the type of service homeowners love. Randall (Randy) King and his wife work together to build and install the solar screens and the business transaction with Randy couldn't have been better. Randy and his wife were cordial, professional, and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. After I contacted Randy, we agreed on a date and time to look at the job. He phoned the day before to remind me he was coming and showed up on time if not a little early. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take and provided me with a written estimate of the job. Randy's crew builds the screens at their shop and Randy and his wife personally install them on the house. After our initial appointment, Randy and I agreed on a date for him to return and install the screens and again, he phoned a day in advance to make sure we were still good to go and showed up on time to install the screens. The whole installation process took less than 2 hours and the screens look great. Randy and his wife did a great job and I couldn't be more pleased. I wish all contractors performed like this. I Would highly recommend Randy and his business. He truly is the "King of Solar Screens".

The initial consultation in my home was met promptly. The king and his queen of Solar Screens were more than cordial while simultaneously demonstrating a high regard for my time. They asked all the right questions to determine what would satisfy my needs. Fabric samples were presented -- any of which could have been appropriate. My wife arrived home and guided my choice of fabric. Everyone agreed that the choice was going to look great! King Randy and Queen Veronica told my wife and me that we could set a date to install the roll-up solar shades on a prescribed date. Again -- Randy and Veronica were very punctual! The installation went without a hitch and I am absolutely thrilled with the end results! My wife will be home in about four hours and I know she will be more than impressed with the products and the installation. We have guests coming for dinner tonight and I am very relieved that those who will be seated at the dining table facing the two over-sized doors in the adjoining room won't need to squint or wear sunglasses as they share the late afternoon hours with my wife and me!

They did exactly what they said that they would do and arrived each time exactly at the time that they said that they would do. I will be using them to replace the rest of the screens in 2014.

Perfect = more than hoped for

The owner came out the same day I called. I chose to have the sliders replaced as opposed to getting them fixed, and they were ready within a few days. The only problem I had was after the installers left, I realized one of the screens stuck when drawn to the side, so I immediately called them back to correct it. I was told "Your house must have shifted at one time...this is the best I can do. I'm not a carpenter, so I can take it back and give you a refund". I chose to keep it because I need the protection from the sun, but I was very disappointed with the "give a heck" attitude.

The screens was deliver on Monday as promised.I had to call him back the next day about a problem I was having he walk me thru it and problem solved.When I have the last 2 windows replaced,Randy will installed the screens for them also.The screen are so nice really do make the house look so nice.new windows and new screens.I am very pleased.

He explained options and made appropriate recommendations based on my specific home style, neighborhood, personal needs and took all necessary measurements. He returned the following day --- less than 24 hours later --- to install my screens! The quick response and turnaround time was awesome! The quality of workmanship is awesome! Randy's professionalism made me feel comfortable and guarantee of his handmade product gives me peace of mind. I highly recommend!!!
