I was amazed by their customer service. They came to hang a fixture in my front hallway. It was all ready to be hung and they discovered a flaw in it. One of the sockets blew on one of the candle lights, and was no longer functioning. They checked to see if they could get a replacement socket at home depot. They found one, and made a trip to get it and come back and fix the problem and install it. They went over and beyond the normal service and I was so happy and grateful for it!! Thank you to Jeremy and Osman for being fantastic!!

The job would have been very good if it weren't for the mud the tech left all over my house and no response to an email I sent after the job regarding the mud. In addition, he didn't have a matching color gfci plug in his truck and wanted to replace it with a different color. He didn't even suggest he would go to an electrical parts store or home depot to get a matching one.

They are honest with pricing, ready to do what you want, customer friendly and do an absolutely fantastic job! Highly recommend.

The electrical service was done in two phases . Phase 1 included adding three circuit boxes and grounding and switching out outlets and switches. The first crew was awesome and I could tell they were passionate about their work. Omar was on point and worked really fast. He didn't mind getting up in the hot attic. Phase two was a different team and I wasn't so pleased with work delivered from the Team Lead. He didn't listen when I told him Which outlets I wanted switched out and grounded. The Outlet under the kitchen table was not done. I have not had a chance to check to check outlets and see which five they charged me for. When I have a chance, I will sort it out and figure out why another 40 dollars was added to my bill. Finally, the team lead on the second crew screwed two large screws in my outlet cover at the back door. My impression of the second crew team lead was he didn't take much pride in his work. He added 40 dollars to my bill with no line item description . I will sort it out and call them if I see a discrepancy. I just didn't have time that day getting ready for a huge party the next day. Five stars was given due to reasonable price, great work done by first crew and professionalism.

Mr. Ricks and his team are phenomenal. I have used them for multiple projects since finding then HomeAdvisor. I wouldn't want to use anyone else!
