HORRIBLE JOB...Grout didn't set and is chipping out like soft chalk!!! What a mess!!! I had bought the tile and grout already. I was instructed by Joe Tisdale to change out the grout and I bought the type he requested. His workers are not professionals at laying tile, nor grouting it. I called and informed Joe Tisdale of the problem and he said he was out of town on a job for 2 weeks. I called back after that time, and he has continued to ignore my calls. I even told him that I would take this problem to small claims court and NO RESPONSE from him to come and correct the problem. No return call at all!!! I would NEVER use this contractor NEVER EVER again!!! I would not refer my enemy to use Complete Floors and More. You will end up with a SHODDY JOB and a mess on your hands which Joe Tisdale could not care less about you or the crappy job you will no doubt have to deal with!! God as my witness!!!!!

When the floor was put down, it looked great. Now, there's a big bubble in part of my den because they put the flooring down too tightly. They also left some trash in my garage and sawdust everywhere. The sawdust got cleaned up, but the trash still sits in my garage. I called them and Joe came out. He said it would be no problem to fix. This was before Thanksgiving, and after I got back into town, I never heard anything back. I called and called every single day, and never got a response. This went on for months in total. I eventually got ahold of Joe again, and he said they couldn't do anything any longer because they were no longer working with Lumber Liquidators, who subcontracted the job.
